Nedoporučujeme - velmi nepříjemné zacházení
Pros:

Ubytování bylo v blízkosti centra v poměrně klidné části města, to nám vyhovovalo. Ubytování nepatřilo k úplně nejdražším, a tomu také odpovídalo - popis ubytování odpovídal popisu na Bookingu. Snídaně podávána samostatně balená - to odpovídalo popisu. Jenže se nám stalo pár nepříjemností.

Cons:

Manažerka hotelu byla od začátku velmi neosobní, nepříjemná.
Pokoje se nedaly zamknout. Dostali jsme klíč od pokoje, kterým se však jen otevírala zápatka u dveří - dveře se zamknout nedaly.
Instrukce na všemožných papírech byly matoucí - instrukce mohl nahradit rozhovor s manažerkou.
Měli jsme ubytování zaplacené na 3 noci, ale paní manažerka udělala chybu - později vyplynulo, že při příjezdu (našem check inu) si spletla mé jméno s jiným jménem pána, který měl zůstávat jen na 2 noci. Třetí den jsme přišli do hotelu a k našemu velkému překvapení v našem pokoji byl již ubytovaný někdo jiný a naše věci byly vystěhované a v krabici. Je to velký zásah do soukromí a je to absolutně proti smlouvě, kterou jsme zaplacením ubytování uzavřeli. Manažerka se jen vágně omluvila a dala nám jiný pokoj - o hodně horší než ten předchozí (v 5. patře, s vrzající podlahou, bez vany, ve sprše byl velmi slabý proud, nízké stropy, neosobní, výhled na cestu místo do zahrady). Navíc jsme museli čekat více než 1 hodinu, než se tato situace vyřeší a pokoj nachystá. Rozhodli jsme se poslední noc strávit jinde, z hotelu jsme odešli. Při předávání klíčů (dřívějšímu check outu) nám manažerka dala malé odškodnění ve formě hotovosti ve výši cca platby za 1 noc na 1 osobu v tomto hotelu. Později jsme četli další recenze a TOTO SE NESTALO POPRVÉ, i když se manažerka omlouvala se slovy, že toto se neděje. Bohužel děje. Čekám na komunikaci s platformou Booking a budu žádat odškodnění i za újmy na psychickém zdraví. Situace nebyla vůbec příjemná.

Pros:

Habitación enorme , nos hicieron el favor de darnos la habitación antes de la hora marcada y el desayuno muy abundante y te lo dejaban en la puerta

Lovely hotel but finer touches needed attention.
Pros:

Great location, large room, generally clean but some areas could be better. The inside of the bathroom door was dirty for example. This doesn't spoil your stay but it could be better. The team you don't see a great deal of but the few interactions we did have were pleasant and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The unique breakfast idea of leaving a bag outside your room didn't work for us, but others may feel different. The bed was particularly hard and combined with the room temperature made it difficult to sleep.

Het personeel tijdens het uitchecken was erg vriendelijk en de bedden waren comfortabel. Daarnaast was de locatie erg fijn, omdat het op een rustige plek in het centrum ligt en veel bezienswaardigheden en voorzieningen op loopafstand lagen.

Cons:

Het personeel bij de check-in was niet echt gastvrij en leek weinig zin in het werk te hebben. Ook stelde het ontbijt enorm teleur. Vrijwel niets was vers, met uitzondering van een appel of banaan. Het aanbod bestond voornamelijk uit ongezonde fabrieksbroodjes. Uiteindelijk hebben we daarom besloten om buiten de deur te ontbijten.
