Pros:

Très belle maison de ville et chambre spacieuse.
Proche du centre et à côté de la colline offrant le coucher de soleil avec point de vue immanquable sur la ville.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner : une poche posée au pied de la porte avec des produits industriels froids choisis sur une liste.
Une vraie déception qui gâche le charme du séjour à l'hôtel.
Accueillis par deux personnes agréables et une dame plus âgée qui était loin de l'être.

Excellent location for theatre visit great views away from hustle and bustle but still central.
Pros:

Fabulous location on top floor great view .Enjoyed the charm of a non corporate establishment .

Cons:

Not sure about breakfast option needs fine tuning or just room only basis.Breakfast room could be a little less stark did not compliment the rooms best feature fireplace and ceiling .Garden view also lovely.

The hotel was comfortable, warm and clean. Plenty of breakfast choice.
Pros:

Good location, comfy beds, very clean, sizeable room, plenty of tea bags and milk,

Cons:

Decor is A little tired. Squeaky floorboards!

Large clean room

Cons:

Staff wasn't too welcoming. Climbing 2 sets of stairs with luggage.
Continental breakfast wasn't advertised. Having to order breakfast before 10pm and having it delivered at 11pm with no fridge facilities for milk, yogurt, butter etc. Also the way crackers were loosely wrapped and no cheese delivered.

Great stay in a great location
Pros:

The relaxed atmosphere was great and we loved the breakfast being delivered to our room every morning.

Cons:

The beds could use a soft pillow option. All the pillows were very flat and hard.

Pros:

Posizione, camera grande e accogliente, Luminosissima con una bellissima vista sul verde. In generale molto bella la casa. Staff estremamente disponibile, comodo il servizio di colazione in camera.

The room is quite spacious.
Pros:

I stayed there with a friend, and the room was spacious, had a nice view, and even had a shower, so it felt like a goot deal.

Cons:

As other guests have mentioned, breakfast is not a cook-style meal as shown in the photos, but rather packaged cereal, milk in plastic bottles, and bread placed outside the room door. If you want to heat it up, you have to go all the way to the dining room on the ground floor and serve yourself. It's probably a way to save labor, but wouldn't it be better to prepare the food in the dining room and let guests choose what they want to take to their rooms or eat in there?

Da localização e da limpeza!
Silêncio do local e a vista das traseiras para os jardins.

Cons:

Da ausência total de simpatia da senhora mais velha que fazia o atendimento!
Do facto do pequeno almoço se basear em comida embalada e rápida, não cozinhada, sendo demasiado pobre e pouquíssimo nutritivo, entregue ao fim da noite, em saco papel à porta do quarto, e sem um único guardanapo ( lamentável).
Os talheres descartáveis continham uma colher de de tão reduzida dimensão, que comer os cereais era uma verdadeira aventura!
Não constavam informações acerca desta modalidade de refeições, no Booking desta unidade hoteleira.
O aquecimento era desligado durante a noite tendo inclusivamente acordado com frio!
O sinal de wi-fi demasiado fraco!
Apesar da qualidade do quarto de banho, o duche tinha pouca pressão e era de difícil regulação da água, ora ficava demasiado quente ou demasiado frio.
O facto de haver duas torneiras no lava mãos, em vez de uma misturadora de quente e fria obrigava-nos a usar ou água muito quente ou gelada.
O colchão era razoável, tendo já sinais de muito uso ( convocavidades em cada lado da cama)
Apesar de podermos deixar a bagagem no hotel após chek out, a mesma ficou na sala de refeições, que se encontrava aberta sem qualquer supervisão.
