A great value location
Pros:

The room was smallish but very comfortable and ensuite super clean.
Great to have a handy free carpark.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location for getting buses to Ingleston for Highland Show and into city centre

Cons:

I didn't like being given coffee mug, yogurt and fruit from the bar. Would have been nice for everything to be in the restaurant and a chilled section with more fruit and Greek yogurt for breakfast.
Not much in the way of food in the evening for a vegan or vegetarian. A salad bar would be nice and more fish choices -healthy options.

Pros:

Great location. We walked into Edinburgh about 5klms. One of the lovely staff told us what bus to catch for the trip home.

A delightful overnight experience on our way up further North
Pros:

Entire experience was excellent. Your supervisor/manager is first class with guests.

Cons:

A lift for the less able bodied. Litter outside premises could be regularly picked up.

Das man mit seinem ganzen Gepäck am Buffet und den essenden Gästen vorbei musste um in das Zimmer zu kommen.

Good value for money. Expectation met.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is nice, just next to the bus stop. Our room was big and clean with comfy beds. Hotel was quiet so we didn't have problems with resting. Restaurant is serving fabulous and big desserts! Definitely worth to try. Continental breakfast is also good, muffins are very tasty. Stuff was very friendly!

Cons:

Scottish breakfast could be better e.g. sausage, bacon and pudding. Famous dinner could be better as well. For me, no taste at all and with rather small portion of meat.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt!
Pros:

Gute Parkmöglichkeit und Zugänglichkeit zur Innenstadt mit Buslinie vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind für empfindliche Schläfer nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Excellent place to stay for an Edinburgh break
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Rooms have everything needed, and the Toby Carvery has excellent food. The location was perfect with a bus stop directly outside and regular buses into the city centre, so we could leave our car in the car park.
