Good location for central Edinburgh which is a 20 min bus trip away. Clean friendly & welcoming
Pros:

Location was perfect as the bus into central Edinburgh is just outside the front door. Rooms perfectly good and clean. We ate both nights in the restaurant as it was convenient, good value for money and good grub!

Cons:

Parking is a bit tight

Gut für einen kurzen Trip in die Metropole.
Pros:

Guter Anschluss an die Stadt, Bus direkt vor der Tür. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Günstige einfache Mahlzeiten und Frühstück ebenfalls im Haus.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer zur Straße, auch nachts sehr laut, Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good value for money in the restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel was very expensive for the room we had. There was an awful drains smell in the bathroom. The cost of over £300 for one night!

Overpriced in tattoo month.
Pros:

Nice room overpriced for what it is. But it was during tattoo time. Good carvery attached Nice food. Bus stop outside good for getting into Edinburgh without hassle of parking.

Cons:

Comfortable room. Good shower convenient bus stop.

Looks can be deceiving, and in a bad way
Pros:

Comfy bed, room was immaculate

Cons:

Road noise. Cramped room. Many stairs and narrow passageways to negotiate with luggage. Couldn't get aircon to work. Having to drag our luggage through the bar to check in.

Genügend kostenfreie Kundenparkplätze, preiswertes Frühstück, gute Busanbindung an die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer, zum Frühstück gibt es ausschliesslich deftige schottische Speisen, keine Zerealienauswahl und kein Obst. Die Zimmer zur Strasse hin leiden unter dem Strassenlärm.

Great for the short stay we needed

Its location as we were going to a concert nearby

Cons:

The car park was difficult to manoeuvre around. Also the staff didn’t point out the need to register our car reg no. However they did sort out very efficiently a cancellation of our parking fine

Not the best.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast as I had to be away early. I was only staying one night as I had to move out if my house to allow workmen in. I didn't use any of the facilities in the room, apart from the toilet. So it was a lot if money to sleep in the bed.

Cons:

Reduced rate for single occupancy and not using the facilities .

Pros:

Prima bed! Kleine kamer maar alles was aanwezig.
Op 20 busminuten van Princess street met bushalte van bus 26 en 31 voor de deur. Bus 100 rechtstreeks van vliegveld halte 7 min lopen.

Cons:

Redelijk gedateerd. Kleine badkamer. Mogelijkheid voor ‘zoveel je kan eten’ engels ontbijt maar nauwelijks continental opties.
