Pros:

The staff were amazing - every one of them so helpful and smiley! The room was a little small but very comfy and clean. The location was great - bus stop right outside for getting into the city centre. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Not right in the centre, but easy for the zoo and good bus route. The room can get very warm so I would recommend turning the radiators off for a bit if there in a colder month.
