Pros:

La suite dans laquelle nous étions était superbe et spacieuse avec un bébé d'un an. Le personnel est au petit soin et la cuisinière est une reine. L'emplacement est parfait pour se balader.

Pros:

It was in an alley but so quiet and in the heart of the Medinah. No elevator but easy 4 floors. I loved the pool area and sitting spaces. Also the lobby they give you the Mint tea and it’s so good!! All the staff from both front desk staff to cleaning and serving staff were so so!!! Nice and courteous and helpful. The room was lovely and bedding 4 stars. I had a great room and price for this amazing hotel

Magnifique séjour dans cet établissement. Nous le recommandons !
Pros:

Emplacement, personnel, « style » , très bon niveau de service, petit-déjeuné frais et excellent !
Un grand merci à « Ya-Ya » qui travaille au petit déjeuné pour son engament, niveau de service et sa gentillesse.

Cons:

Manque d’insonorisation de la chambre. On étend malheureusement tous les bruits extérieurs

Nice hotel in the middle of the Medina.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Good location. Nice rooms.

Cons:

They didn’t let us know about the work happening in the terrace. They said it’d be one day but it ended up being the whole stay, at all hours. We could use the terrace as requested but it wasn’t clean, so not possible to use the pool nor that pleasant. Is a shame because we picked the hotel for this reason, seemed a high-light, and we couldn’t actually enjoy it.
