Erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, welches sich jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend verhalten hat. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sie machen sogar selber Joghurt.. köstlich! Betten sind super bequem, es gab sogar eine Auswahl an tollen Kissen.

Pros:

Traumhaftes Haus in der Innenstadt mit wundervoller Ausstattung, nettem Personal und sehr gutem Frühstück. Schöne Dachterrasse. Mit Abstand das beste Haus, welches wir in Marokko kennengelernt haben. Essaouira ist der bekannt schöne, jedoch natürlich auch touristische Küstenort, mit angenehmer Aufenthaltsqualität.
Man muß wissen, dass das Haus nur zu Fuß erreicht werden kann.

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment attentionné notamment le serveur du petit déjeuner qui se pliait en 4 pour nous satisfaire !
La localisation est top et la petite piscine est agréable même lorsqu'il y a du vent car la terrasse est un peu abritée.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top ! Un festin !
Le spa de l'hôtel est vraiment bien aussi !

Cons:

Tout était bien mais il manque peut être un peu de rangement dans la chambre et un mini frigo.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, personnel very gentle and open to accomodate any need/request.

Cons:

I would suggest changing the mattresses because they were a bit uncomfortable to me. All the rest was 10/10

Magnifique mais manque de chaleur

Le riad hôtel est vraiment bien situé au coeur de la médina mais au calme.
Literie au top.
Petit déjeuner royal.
Serveurs très sympathiques

Cons:

La déco de l hôtel est magnifique mais un peu froide et pas assez chaleureuse par rapport à d autres riads.
Pas de thé offert gracieusement à l' arrivée ou en fin de journée. Nous avons dû insister pour ne pas payer les 3 thes à la menthe consommés en 6 jours...
La jeune femme réceptionniste n est vraiment pas accueillante ,ni sympathique contrairement à ses collègues .
