Excellent séjour dans l’ensemble, malgré quelques petits bémols concernant l’emplacement, la piscine et la climatisation

Un accueil absolument exceptionnel ! ❤️ Toute l’équipe a été adorable, chaleureuse et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Une mention toute particulière au jeune Yahia, une véritable pépite : souriant, sociable, attentionné, disponible et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. 🥰

Et que dire de la cuisinière ? Une vraie perle ! 👩‍🍳✨ Elle cuisine incroyablement bien, avec beaucoup de talent et de cœur. Mes enfants et moi avons tout simplement adoré sa cuisine ! Chaque repas était un vrai régal.

Le petit-déjeuner est également excellent, généreux et préparé avec des produits de qualité. On sent que tout est fait avec soin. L’hygiène est irréprochable, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable.

Un grand merci également au bagagiste ainsi qu’à Farah, la réceptionniste, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme.

Franchement, un sans-faute ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Une équipe comme celle-ci mérite vraiment d’être félicitée et valorisée. ❤️

Cons:

L’emplacement, qui ne m’a pas vraiment convaincue.
La piscine, que j’ai trouvée beaucoup trop petite.
La climatisation, placée juste en face du lit, souffle directement sur le visage, ce qui est assez désagréable, surtout pendant la nuit.

Essaouira my heart home.
Pros:

Everything.
Ive stayed in Essaouira quite afew times now, although my previous riads stays have also been excellent, this one exceeded them all.
Though it was a riad, it had the feel of a hotel aswell.
Loved the roof terrace and sunbathing area.
Rooms were beautiful, modern and each one unique.
Location was also fantastic.
I got to experience 3 different rooms while there as was there for a horse riding trip so stayed a night before the trip in a suite with my friend, we then shared another suite for one night after the horse riding trek. My friend then went home and I stayed another 2 nights on my own so changed to a room rathwr then a suite which I loved just as much and was perfect for single occupancy.
I will absolutely 100% be staying here again on my next trip which I plan to make again soon.

Realy nice stay
Pros:

Every thing is fantastic ,I would recommend if possible funds permitting that you pay for the best suite in the hotel is fabulous ,the staff are so attentive catering for anything you want or need and the hotel is situated down a small alley way very convenient for the madina, it has shops and restraints 2 mins away, the only down side is certain people wake early and cannot talk quietly , and on the phones and no consideration for others who may want to sleep past 8 am haaa but other wise the pool on the roof and sun terrace are great for topping up the tan and cooling down after a few hrs shopping.As I said earlier all the staff are very attentive and helpful but a big shout out for yahya at breakfast time many thanks to all involved in my stay

Disappointing stay, extremely unfriendly manager/receptionist.
Pros:

Good breakfast and breakfast staff

Cons:

The rooms are not well finished, lots of technical defects, gives a "fake luxury" feeling.
Very poor welcome by the receptionist / manager, I've never seen that, she gave us absolutely no information about anything, it seemed that she could not move from her seat, we had to wait 30minutes doing nothing after she asked us to fill our information. Luckily the rest of the staff are much more friendly and welcoming.

Struttura nel centro della città, nella medina. Pulita e ristrutturata, dispone di una buonissima colazione ricca di dolce e salato.

Cons:

Staff un po’ lento e piscina non pulitissima. In generale il terrazzo sembrava abbandonato a sé stesso.
