Perfect
Pros:

Very central location in the heart of the medina. Little bit of heaven in a busy area. Breakfast was plentiful but a little repetitive. We had booked a suite which was more than generous in size.

Pros:

All of the staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much, and they always appear happy to help.

I'd like to mention Isham in particular, we've stayed twice and both times he's been friendly and welcoming, and it's been nice getting to know him and about his family.

The rooms are very nice and clean, and the hotel is beautiful and located in the best part of the Medina from our perspective.

Good value, modern and clean small hotel - with some facilities that need improvement
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the Medina. Huge breakfast, spacious, modern comfortable room.

Cons:

Very poor WiFi throughout, not enough sun beds on the roof terrace.

Pros:

Pros:

Prachtig hotel op een prachtige locatie, het ontbijt is super en het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het zwembad is heerlijk al lijkt het onderhoud rondom wat achterstallig te zijn.

Suite Azur Hotel stay
Pros:

Location was excellent.
The two young gentlemen ( particularly YaYa )in the restaurant were extremely helpful and polite.

Cons:

There was no proper seating ( a "bed" with cushions is not seating) and there were no storage facilities in our room .
The weather was awful and it was windy and cold. There was no heating and neither of the 2 shutters closed properly.

Personality lacking at reception.

Lovely hotel in great location. A bit more communication from the staff would have been useful
Pros:

Great location in the heart of the medina but also relatively quiet. Lovely decor and feel to the hotel.
Staff were very helpful when we asked for information but would have been good if we'd been given information at the start eg about the hotel's amenities, things nearby. Shame hairdryer didn't work and no replacement available.
Breakfast was perfect and service very good.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we return to Essaouira but a few tweaks would make it even more enjoyable.

Cons:

More information from the staff at the start of our stay would have been helpful. Eg It was only at the end that we realised we could order drinks & snack.

Parfait
Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général. Les lits étaient confortables. Le petit déjeuner était trop bon et copieux. L'emplacement était super centré.

Cons:

La salle de bain est ouverte alors si on est entre amis, c'est pas pratique. Mais c'est un détail !

Pros:

La decoración moderna del riad

Cons:

Hay que saber que no hay ascensor ( como en todos los riads) así que hay que subir con maletas bastantes escaleras. La piscina estaría en un cuarto piso. Nuestra habitación era algo húmeda y las almohadas no muy cómodas.
