Pros:

Gym und Sauna, obwohl ich es nicht nutzen konnte

Cons:

Ich war insgesamt leider nicht zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Gegen 22 Uhr musste ich mein Zimmer wechseln, weil es ein Problem mit der Beleuchtung gab: Das Licht ging ständig wieder an, sobald man es ausgeschaltet hat. Dadurch war es unmöglich, entspannt einzuschlafen.

Zunächst wurde mir an der Rezeption gesagt, man würde einen Techniker suchen — dieser konnte jedoch nicht gefunden werden. Am Ende blieb nur der Zimmerwechsel als Lösung. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass ich zunächst ein deutlich größeres Zimmer im dritten Stock hatte und anschließend in ein wesentlich kleineres Zimmer im ersten Stock umziehen musste.

Die Situation wurde zwar letztlich gelöst, aber der Ablauf war umständlich und wenig komfortabel. Insgesamt hätte ich mir hier eine schnellere und kundenfreundlichere Lösung gewünscht.

Zentral-Praktisch-Gut
Pros:

Für unseren Zweck der Überwachung lag das Hotel zentral, das Zimmer hatte jegliche Ausstattung, welche wir benötigten und der Empfang und Abschied durch das Personal war herzlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es bei Ankunft echt kalt. Die Temperatur war auch mit Klimaanlage auf 22 Grad kaum wärmer. Es gab keine zusätzliche Decke im Zimmer. Es gab auch kein Wasserkocher mit Tee auf dem Zimmer oder einmal Pantoffeln. Bei dem Preis hätten wir uns das gewünscht.

Bei einem Hotel mit der Bewertung einfach fabelhaft hatte ich wesentlich mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Vom Frühstück hatte ich mehr erwartet, wurde sehr schleppend nachgelegt, kein frisches Obst. Hatte da schon wesentlich bessere Hotels.
Lage glich einem Industriegebiet.

Cons:

Wenn ein Teller / Schüssel leer ist, sollte er zeitnah beim Frühstück wieder aufgefüllt werden. Ist leider nicht geschehen. Frühstück nur bis 9.30 Uhr selbst am Wochenende ist recht früh, auch hatte man das Gefühl, man störte bereits ab 9.15 Uhr, da dann schon für die ersten Gäste von außerhalb, die für den Brunch erwartet wurden, eingedeckt wurde und die Vorbereitungen bereits im vollen Gange waren.
Auch schien mir die Rezeption überfordert.

Wirklich gut hat mir die Skybar gefallen, nach einem anstrengenden Tag noch sehr chillig ein Getränk in schöner Atmosphäre.
