Atrasamos a entrada por conta de um congestionamento... Chegamos já era 2 da manhã ... Quando dei entrada fui informada que não havia nenhuma reserva , achei um absurdo pois já havia até email de confirmação.... Aí o recepcionista falou que como não demos entrada já reservou para outro hóspede ... Uma falta de respeito e consideração conosco ... E detalhe eram 2 quartos... 5 adultos
