As a budget option this could be fine, nothing exciting. The staff is good.
Parking -- seems like mission impossible. Should have mentioned parking at our own risk. Pics have been taken from a particular angle you won't be able to understand anything. Most positive reviews from budget travelers so understand where you fall in the category for better understanding.

A amazing hotel about 10 Kms away from the city center. The views from the Hotel is amazing. The staff very helpful and the room decent and clean. Special thanks to the staff for making us feel at home. Breakfast was good.

The property is well maintained and the staff member Mr Sonu is very well mannered and takes good care of all the requests.
The view from the balcony is good and the place is apt for a short stay on the way to Nainital if you are running late which was our case.
The location is around 10kms from the Nainital lake or Mall road.
We were given a room on the top floor, room 301 and there was a toilet smell prevalent throughout due to possible lack of ventilation in the main pipeline. It would be good if the management could fix this. So it would be better to get room in any of the lower floors.
Also the non veg food chili chicken we ordered had the chicken undercooked and the taste was also mediocre. So better to stick with veg options if you have to order as the inhouse restaurant is not busy or capable as a fully functional normal restaurant.
For the complimentary breakfast we were served Aloo paratha and tea which were good.
