Bom atendimento, bom café da manhã, e só não gostei do quarto

Muito bom o café da manhã

Cons:

Do quarto que fica no último andar, achei desconfortável, pois se trata de um corredor. Na próxima vez não ficarei mais neste tipo de quarto. No entanto, gostaria de ressaltar que o recepcionista me informou a respeito quando do check-in.

Cons:

Do tamanho do quarto (5,12m²) e banheiro (1,75m²). Indigno e muito acima do qur poderia ser cobrado por um cubículo desses.
Café da manha bem fraco, com pao francês do dia anterior.

Para hospedagem curto período
Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã e manobristas muito solícitos. Estacionamento facilitou muito. Ótimo localização próximo a restaurantes, lojas etc..

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno, banheiro muito reduzido, realmente fica difícil se movimentar. Este apartamento apenas para 1 dia de hospedagem, também demora na emissão de nota fiscal

não gostei porque havia uma obra ao lado do meu quarto que tirou nosso sossêgo.

Cons:

O sistema de registro dos hóspedes não é muito bom. Já fiquei várias vezes lá e tenho sempre de preencher as fichas, tirar cópia dos documentos de identidade, etc…. Nos dias de hoje tudo isso já devia estar disponível no sistema de controle dos hóspedes…

Not worth the money and not clean.

The breakfast

Cons:

The rooms, dirty and full or termites. Air conditioning was loud and at the height of the face when you lay to sleep.
Found old soaps of previous guests in the shower. Showers were moldy. Toilet was leaking.

When we arrive we found termites on the wooden shelves and under the matrasses.

Reported to reception, nothing was done. Room was cleaned, and still, the termite dust remained on the shelves (how can one not see that when cleaning) and the termites were still under the matrasses. Only after presenting photo and video were we given another room. Termite free, dirty soap, moldy.

We had to pack all out stuff, carry it all to the reception, to give the key to the old room before we could get the key to the new room. All of this in the middle of the night.
