Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Hybrid Holiday Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome, always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything. It’s really felt like being among friends rather than just staying at a hotel.

Cons:

My room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and I could tell the team really cared about keeping the place in great condition. The location is also ideal, peaceful, yet juts a short distance from the beach.

Matig hotel met slechte service en hygiëne.

Het zwembad was ruim, het water was alleen niet helder

Cons:

De eerst avond al gelijk 4 kakkerlakken in onze kamer. Gelukkig hebben ze die gevangen en insecten verdelger gespoten. Dit hielp. Regelmatig om dingen moeten vragen zoals handoek, wc papier etc. Service was matig. Eten kwam traag en niet tegelijk. Eerste avond meer dan een uur moeten wachten. Je kon niet door de ramen in de kamer kijken.

Cons:

Das Personal war bemüht, war aber meist überfordert. Frühstück kam viel zuspät und das Abendessen war gut aber es dauerte viele zu lange und es war auch nicht alles was wir bestellt haben gekommen

Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und bietet ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben fühlt.
Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne große Pool, der zum Entspannen einläd. Weil wir in der Nebensaison zu Besuch waren, waren wir einen Abend alleine am Pool und die Mitarbeiter haben für uns sehr gute Musik angestellt. Auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Billard sind vorhanden und sorgen für Abwechslung.
Das Essen war lecker. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Pros:

Des avis notés 1 et d'autres à 10....
L'hôtel dans l'ensemble est jolie avec une belle piscine propore.
Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins pour nous.
Il propose de nettoyer la chambres 2 fois dans la semaine avec changement de draps et serviettes.
Proche d'une très belle plage propore avec bar/restaurant au rapport qualité/prix vraiment très bien.

Cons:

Malgré les efforts, les petits déjeuner sont simples (ou plutôt pas dans nos critères occidentaux).
Les chambres manquent d'entretien, un rafraîchissement esthétique et point technique seraient bienvenus.
La chambre 33 ( la nôtre, clef n° 14😉.)a un plafond très fin et les pigeons y courent et roucoulent en pleine nuit. Pas besoin de réveil !!.

Very bad customer service and stay!
Pros:

We liked only the fact that the „hotel“ had a pool. But it was not clean. Even in the morning they didn’t clean the pool early.

Cons:

Very bad customer service. There are a few staffs running around but no coordination. They offered us to give us to serve dinner. But they didn‘t even have a Pepsi or Sprite in stock. For the ordered food we waited more than 1 hour. Even though we were the only one who were there to eat. We had been asked at what time we wanted to have the breakfast served. But in the morning we had to wait again for long time to get the breakfast.

Memorable
Pros:

Amazing location and really hospitable staff who did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The BBQ dinner on the restaurant was also incredible. The staff were very helpful in arranging a trip to pigeon island for us 👍👀. It’s a perfect place for holiday. I heartily recommend this place

Mixed Experience at Nilaveli Hybrid Holiday Hotel
Pros:

• The pool is excellent, offering a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
• The area around the bar is awesome, with a nice ambiance that’s perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Cons:

• The breakfast options could definitely be improved. The continental breakfast portions were too small, and the Sri Lankan breakfast felt more like a dinner than a morning meal.
• Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned once during our 6-day stay, despite us requesting clean towels three times.
• We gave our clothes for laundry at 800 LKR per kilo, but they lost some of our socks. To their credit, they did make the laundry service free for the rest of our clothes, but it was still an inconvenience.
• Service was slow overall. Whenever we asked for something, we were told “we will do it,” but it often took a long time for anything to happen.
• On weekends, the pool becomes a bit chaotic as locals come for parties. While it’s great that the hotel is popular, the noise and behavior of some guests who were drunk and annoying made the experience less enjoyable.
• The bathroom isn’t new, and there was a noticeable bad smell in the room, which was unpleasant.
• The room also had many bugs, which made the stay uncomfortable and added to the feeling that the facilities are not well-maintained.
• Additionally, the hotel is quite expensive compared to others in the area. Unfortunately, the facilities and services offered do not justify the higher price, making it poor value for money.

Pros:

Amazing place, amazing food and the best service. employees very friendly and always smiling. We recommend it to anyone who would like to relax and eat something good. Thank you very much for the wonderful time spent with you.

For that price level this hotel is terrible.
Pros:

Garden and cleanness in it, flowers and plants, cats. The food wasn't bad but in the bar just around the corner it was better.

Cons:

Dirty bathroom, lack of warm water, lack of bulbs, lack of clean towels, no Glass in a window. For 2 days there was no air conditioning and we didn't get any refund for that. We have shortened our stay by one day and we haven't been refunded as well. So-called manager should have a second name "I promise". There was no locker in the room and no card payment available despite that being written in the hotel description (they suggested bank transfer to some employee's private account).
