Pros:

Très bon emplacement mais surprise par le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs hôtels au même endroit, Piccolo est au 4 ème étage, l'ascenseur "hurle" tant que les portes ne sont pas fermées, chambres moyennes, petits-déjeuners moyens

Vicino alla stazione e al centro.. Ok per una notte ma non di più...
Pros:

Buona la posizione a solo 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro. Arrivati alle 12.30, la camera non era ancora disponibile ma ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in corridoio nei pressi della stanza.

Cons:

La stanza fatiscente. Nessuna finestra se non una porta verso un minuscolo balcone non utilizzabile che dava su un giardino incolto. Pavimenti che scricchiolavano e davano la sensazione di camminare storti. Solo una presa che funzionava in tutta la stanza. Bagno strettissimo così come la doccia. Sanitari e doccia molto vecchi. Materasso durissimo. Prezzo sopra la media.

Non ci torneremo.
Pros:

Abbiamo segnalato il problema con la doccia al personale, che ha detto che se ne sarebbe occupato e penso l’abbia fatto perché dopodiché è stato possibile orientare il doccino dove si voleva, rimanendo nella posizione scelta, anche se non benissimo.
Per quanto riguarda l’acqua funzionava, anche l’acqua calda.

Il personale era gentile e la posizione era molto buona essendo a 10 minuti dal Duomo, tuttavia questo non basta a colmare gli aspetti negativi.

Cons:

La camera era sporca: c’era polvere ovunque e il soffitto della stanza principale era visibilmente deformato (con una sorta di rigonfiamento verso il basso), mentre quello del bagno era rovinato.
Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi anche con la doccia: le guarnizioni erano rotte e dei pezzi staccati, mentre il doccino era bloccato verso sinistra, nel tentativo di cambiare posizione e direzione tornava in quella iniziale.

Erano presenti due asciugacapelli di cui uno non funzionava e l’altro funzionava male essendo praticamente inutile.

Un altro punto debole sono le pareti: sono leggere e hanno uno scarso isolamento acustico.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la scelta era molto limitata: pane, prosciutto e formaggio per i toast, 2 torte (penso confezionate del supermercato), biscotti e croissant su richiesta.
Inoltre erano presenti una macchinetta per il caffè e una per i succhi, questi ultimi però erano acqua con leggero retrogusto di frutta.
