No volvería, tienen que modernizarse
Pros:

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, cerca a la estación de tren, la persona que nos atendió fue amable, estaba limpio el cuarto, las sábanas muy limpias, almohadas y colchones cómodos, silencioso el cuarto.

Cons:

El baño es muy viejo, las fotos son diferentes a la realidad, no es moderno, la entrada y el edificio es feo. El desayuno DEFICIENTE, no hay jugo natural como aparece en las fotos, es una máquina que daba un jugo aguado y feo. No hay huevos de desayuno.

Por llegar después de las 8pm cobran 20 euros para hacer el check in y debe hacerse en otro hotel a 3 cuadras. Cuando uno viaja a veces a uno le retrasan los vuelos/trenes y puede llegar tarde.

Básico, pero bien ubicado
Pros:

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, el centro de Florencia es pequeño y se llega con facilidad y en menos de 20 minutos a los puntos más destacados. El desayuno incluido es sencillo, pero está bueno.

Cons:

El colchón está regular y las almohadas son bastante malas. El baño es muy grande, pero la ducha es pequeña y se pega la cortina, lo que no es nada agradable. El suelo de la ducha es el mismo que el del baño y se empapa todo. El hotel está en la planta primera sin ascensor.
