My stay was good staff were great but I didn’t get much sleep due to noisy baby next to my bungalow
Pros:

Sitting on the big chairs in the evening was lovely
Staff nice but very limited English

Cons:

Beds way too hard
Very noisy can hear through the bungalows . I shifted from one to another and it was worse

Too remote, but right on the beach
Pros:

The complex has about 14 bungalows. Located right on the beach where you can snorkel from the shore (this is why I booked here). The bungalows are nice inside but very dark. There is a small fridge. Hired a new e-Scooter from the hotel.

Cons:

The location is too far away from everything else on the island. The gardens are not well maintained (dry and sparce) compared to other nearby properties. Snorkeling is available from the shore all along the east coast. Breakfast was very basic. The bungalows have very thin walls so I could hear the child in the next bungalow much of the time. Not much hot water.

A highlight of my trip. Simple. Very pleasant co-guests.
Pros:

I loved the pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming. And to swim with turtles directly in front of my bungalow before breakfast was something I will never forget. The breakfast was the best I experienced on Gili Air - in terms of food and experience.

Cons:

Upon checkin I discovered I had booked a bungalow without hot water or a fridge. No hot water was fine… it was hot weather. I needed the fridge for some medication… the staff put it in the bar fridge for me. Next time I will make sure to book a bungalow with both.

Pros:

La proximité de la mer pour prendre son petit déjeuner face a elle.
Les tarifs du service de pressing et la possibilité de louer un scooter électrique.
La moustiquaire car énormément de moustiques.
Le lit etait plutôt confortable.
Prendre une noix de coco face a la mer ou a la piscine.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup d'eau chaude.
Pas toujours très propres (cheveux dans la douche)
TV ou télécommande quemi ne marchait pas bien.

Comfortable island getaway. Could easily become your home away from home.
Pros:

Posizione bellissima davanti al miglior mare. Staff simpatico 3 e gentile.

I cottage necessitano di un armadio almeno, non c'é un appiglio per un vestito. E sono poco insonorizzati.

Beliggenheden er fuldstændig fantastisk. Masse af skildpadder og fisk lige ved. Samtidig ligger det i den stille ende af Gili Air. Personalet er fantastisk!

el staff magnifico. una maravilla .la ubicación depende de qué busques. si buscas fiesta no es tu hotel. . para mí fue un 10 porque era tranquilo. desayunas y podías hacer snorkel directamente enfrente para ver tortugas. la comida , por cierto, allí muy buena. Sinceramente muy contenta de mi elección.

Overall one of the best locations in Gilli Air!
Pros:

This is a good location, especially if you like snorkelling with turtles. Nice and tasty breakfast was included….recommend the cheese and tomato omelette. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Nice pool, especially liked taking an evening dip before bed, the pool never seemed crowded or too busy, most of the time we were the only guests using it. Just on the beach so easy and we saw so many sea turtles, some over 1.5 metres long. Pay attention to the tides and try to swim at mid to high tides to see most wildlife and the coral can be dangerous at low tides. Not far from northern side of Island to catch a good sunset and also nice to see sunrise or just enjoy the morning. Close to good restaurants… dumpling place and Greek restaurant are nice alternatives to Indonesian. Best pizza, cocktails, and sunset on other side of island (Mama Pizza) sit on beanbag on beach (not a table) bring a headlamp torch for walk home though it can get dark in places. It might seem expensive but it’s worth every penny, as it was one of our most memorable nights in 30 day Indonesia holiday.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, may have just been overlooked, but toilet not clean and no towels. We did check in early but they didn’t check the cleaners did their jobs properly . Maybe it was our unit but it was a bit dated with some rotten timbers (floor and wall), pealing paint etc. They cleaned the room the next day, it was better. It’s a hike from the ferry, not for those with roller suitcases or out of shape. Can hire a horse taxi but they seemed a bit cruel to the small horses especially when loaded with oversized tourists with oversized luggage. Thin walls (rattan/thatched) nice to look at but can hear snoring and other noises from close neighbours.

Det Imødekommende personale der altid var hjælpsomme, perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til at se havskilpadder (20 meter ud i vandet og der var de) pæn ren pool. Fine hytter

Cons:

Morgenmaden er virkelig tarvelig, uforstående overfor dem der siger morgenmaden er god, for det er den på ingen måde. Man får et glas juice, kaffe eller te, så kan man vælge en ting fra menukortet, en toast eller en omelet eller en pandekage eller en rappel. Så får man et par stykker frugt ved siden af..Rengøringen kunne godt være lidt bedere
