For the price the location is fantastic and you get what you pay fior
Pros:

Location was fantastic right on the beach and a great pool

Cons:

At times some of the staff were not helpful or you felt you were asking too much while others were great.

We extended our stay here as we loved it however after getting cockroaches in the bathroom which can be expected as the bathroom is open we felt we had to move on. The staff did what they could to help.

Limpeza razoável. Espaço exterior bom e limpo. Simpatia dos funcionários. Restaurante e pequeno almoço decente. Localização longe do porto mas boa em termos de tartarugas, escolas de mergulho e restaurantes

Cons:

Casa de banho tem abertura para o exterior o que torna cheio de mosquitos e mesmo folhas que caem para dentro da casa de banho. A sanita por causa disso tinha algum desgaste. Só tinha gel de banho, tendo de if ao chuveiro buscar o gel de banho para poder lavar as mãos no lavatório. Não tem frigorífico o que na Indonésia dá muito jeito.

Pros:

Ottima posizione per nuotare con le tartarughe a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia, staff gentile e disponibile per risolvere un contrattempo avuto nel bungalow e sostituito immediatamente.

Cons:

Purtroppo durante la seconda notte , bungalow n.4 c'era un grosso topo che girava sulle travi delle pareti in bambù vicino al letto, chiamato lo staff , ci hanno prontamente cambiato bungalow in uno più grande e sicuro. Purtroppo queste situazioni non devono accadere in una struttura a tre stelle. Tra le pareti ed il pavimento c'è una larga fessura che corre dietro il letto da dove possono entrare i topi e che deve essere assolutamente sigillata. Anche il copri water sarebbe da cambiare, decisamente consumato e non da standard 3 stelle . Bene nel secondo bungalow.

Najlepszy jaki mieliśmy w całej podróży. Kameralny, bambusowe leżaki na plaży, pół minuty z bungalow do plaży, piękny basen ( dla nas zbędny)jest po sezonie ale slonce nas spaliło:), po południe pochmurne lub padało ale cieplo. Żółwie były na naszej plaży, śniadania przy oceanie w cenie hotelu, obsługa przemiła. Uwielbiam ten hotel

Czuć trochę wilgoć w Bungalow i baldachim z Firanki jest nieświeży, zakurzony.

La gentillesse du personnel, la proximité de la mer, le calme, la grandeur du logement, le restaurant.

Nous avons dû changer de chambre car la première n'avait pas d'eau chaude, j'avais mal lu l'annonce, la promiscuité quand il y avait des enfants à côté, la qualité du wifi.

Très bon emplacement, super spot pour les tortues au bord de la plage. Personnel très gentil et souriant.

Prachtige locatie en direct aan het strand gelegen. Relaxte sfeer, mooi appartement en vriendelijk personeel die alles voor je doen.

L' unica cosa che booking dava tra i servizi la piscina mentre la piscina era ancora in costruzione...non è un dettaglio,l' avevamo scelta anche per la piscina ma penso sia responsabilità di booking che non verifica le informazioni anche quando gli vengono segnalate
