Location is great. Proximity to food options, activity and transportation is commendable.

Cons:

Contact person was no longer responsive after check-in and before check-out.
I understand that it is a weekend on my reservation date. However i think the Concierge personnel needs to resolve weekend surge of guests to avoid long line of guests checking in.
Published property amenities / description needs update on the booking app - Microwave is not available, cooking stove (induction cooker) is not working.
Not a quiet room.Noise from outside can be heard inside the unit. (compared to other units in the same property that I've stayed)

When we arrived the wifi was not available. The globe signal was really bad. All connection with other provider was bad. Maybe you need a signal booster.

Relaxing Getaway with Perfect Taal View
Pros:

The location is perfect. The Taal view in the balcony is mesmerizing. Complete basic kitchen utensils.

Cons:

The host is nice but Sara who assist us is not reachable when we arrived in Tower 1 lobby. We are not aware that it is a self-checkin/checkout. Good thing the host is attentive to assist us. The unit will be great if there is a wall frame in the couch to add instagrammable look.
