Die zimmer waren immer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die zimmer waren sehr klein und das Fehrnsehn war auch nicht doll im zeitalter der digitaltechnik.

Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker und reichlich

Cons:

Man wollte mir an der Rezeption eine Nachberechnung aus dem Restaurant von 2022!!!!! in Höhe von 27.- € in Rechnung stellen. Man hätte sich damals vertan. ich finde es eine Unverschämtheit da ich stets alles bezahlt habe . ich habe nach 2022 noch öfters übernachtet aber keiner sagte etwas. per mail habe ich den von mir unterschriebenen Beleg angefordert um es zu prüfen. Nichts gekommen.
Also reine Abzocke . Hier werde ich nicht mehr übernachten. Bin sonst 4x im Jahr beruflich in Frankfurt/Oder.

Gutes Hotel!
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel, sauber. Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden. Frühstück ausreichend und frische Speisen.
Personal freundlich.

Perfectly adequate, especially when visiting the university.
Pros:

A small hotel in a location ideal to explore the city and especially the nearby Viadrina University. I loved that one could have dinner at the property, too. Very warm and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of tobacco in my room. A heavy smoker must have stayed in the room before me. While the sheets and everything else was spotless clean, the smell persisted and wasn’t pleasant.

Wir waren schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel .Super freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Team. Super sauberere ,schicke Zimmer.Tolles Restaurant mit wirklich leckerem Essen. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen . Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Bardzo przytulny i czysty hotel, w którym czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Restauracja serwuje smaczne jedzenie, a dodatkowo mile zaskoczyła nas drobna zabawka dla dziecka. Atmosfera była naprawdę przyjemna i rodzinna – zdecydowanie polecamy!
