An Exquisite and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly!!! Wish they were at every hotel I check in!

Cons:

At 4am we were awake by some disturbance on the 4th floor.. unlucky for us because we were right next to eruption. But other than that it was exceptional experience :)

Cons:

The rooms smelled horrible ! Coming from the plumbing. Bathroom barely flushed and when it did it smelled horrific. We barely slept from the stench. Room fixtures were dirty and sticky. Floors of the room also dirty and sticky. Bathrooms were so outdated and smell awful. Took a shower and came out feeling more disgusting. There plumbing is super bad! Showering or using that bathroom water at all feels unhealthy
