Hotel jest bardzo przytulny, cichy i znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji - w bardzo bliskiej odległości zatrzymuje się skibus, którym w kilka minut można dojechać do stacji narciarskiej Gassl (Casola). Hotel dysponuje podziemnym parkingiem. Pokoje przestronne i ciepłe. Śniadania dobre, ale stosunkowo mało urozmaicone - brakowało np. naleśników i większej ilości warzyw. Pozostałe posiłki na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo pomocna.

Hotel je drugače zelo v redu.

Cons:

Sem pa razočarana nad odnosom. Res je, da sva rezervirala brez možnosti vračila denarja, vendar sem se žal prvi dan poškodovala in bila tudi urgentno operirana.
Prjavila sva se v hotel, vendar nisva izkoristila niti preizkusila nobene vaše storitve zato jih tudi ne moreva oceniti...bi pa pričakovala, glede na okoliščine, malo več človečnosti in vsaj delno vračilo denarja.
