Pros:

Location is good next to Kankaria lake , clean rooms and a good restaurant.

Cons:

There’s a school next door to the hotel which gets a bit noisy early morning for 10-15 mins from 7-7.20 am so if you want to sleep till late get a room on the other side 😊Check out is 10.30 am which is very strange still they were courteous to extended it until 11.00am

Property was good but not value for money
Pros:

Not value for money it should be including breakfast, check out time should be 12 noon as all other properties are doing but here the check out is 10am which is not correct.Evn before checking inn the staff and their mediators called n number of times to pay the advance which is not the correct approach at all. Late check out should be allowed with minimum charges.

Pros:

It’s a very, very bad hotel, I don’t like anything from there .. even they given me the room without cleaning the toilet .. very bad hotel

Cons:

It was not clean , very bad attitude of receptionist who stay there at night.
