Pros:

Only the view that is memorable for me.

Cons:

The room is so dirty that I and my wife (no choice) had to stay there with reluctant feeling. There are so much dust in the room that if I wipe the window with tissue, there will be dirty spot at the tissue. The bathroom is so terrible. It can't be locked because the key is broken. There are a lot of dirt in the washtafel, closet and bath tab. We need to clean them up before we use. The towel has already been yellowish. Nothing can be praised here. When we stayed there, it was a rainy day. The rain water came from the outside from the leakage and made our stuff wet because we put them on the floor.

Good value for money
Pros:

The view, the staff, the price.

Cons:

I hoped it was cleaner and better maintained. Great value for money, though. The location is also great.
