Staff were very welcoming and polite and helpful. Room and bathroom was very clean room spacious and tidy. Shower was lovely
No fridge, which would've been good for some milk or drinks. Also, the tv could do with an update to a smart tv other than that was pretty good

Good value for money, clean but in need of renovations. We stayed for 2 nights and had the Carvery on the first night which was nice. Had breakfast on both mornings which was again good value .
Team members were okay but some didn't seem very happy in their work. The place itself requires decorating. The outside doesn't really look appealing but it was clean inside.

Hotel is tired and lacking sparkle. No towels in my room which I only realised after I had a shower !

The room was nice. With comfortable beds. The hotel was separated by a security door from the bar/restaurant. Considering we were close to a main road, the room was quiet.

Privacy, security ... entrance to rooms separate from public entering. Lovely woman on Checking-In. First time someone (she), explained Fire Safety and more to us in the two years, six weeks travel each time, in the U. K. Welcoming.
My travelling friend and I, wished we'd known Tobys had accommodation available, earlier.
Not much sadly. Very old and worn out furnishings. Rooms very old, no working bedside lamp. I waited ages to try a Toby breakfast. It was ok. No bowls for cereal - had to ask - surely it’s obvious when you put out cereal folk will need to put it in something. Only margarine - come on! Contains plastic and tastes awful.
