Lovely room and view

Cons:

Receptionist on arrival was disinterested. Found her sleeping in lounge after lunch. No attempt to manage car park meaning we would have missed our flight by being blocked in. Resolved by us locating other guest ourselves who moved his vehicle. Reception desk left unattended despite multiple attempts to call for attention. The hotel is for sale and this seems to have had effect on service levels. A shame as the property and location are spot on and Zeste Lemon Cafe produced an excellent breakfast.

El descanso perfecto al sur de Chile
Pros:

El staff, las instalaciones, el lugar y la ubicación son todas del mejor nivel. Es un hotel estilo boutique, muy acogedor y muy lindo. La ubicación es privilegiada al estar a pasos del teatro del lago. Desde el comienzo, el staff fue muy acogedor, atento y profesional, y estuvieron muy preocupadas de que nuestra estadía fuese lo más grata posible.

Cons:

No hay nada negativo que pueda decir xel lugar.

Lovely spot and very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast that included eggs most days

Lovely old fashioned bed and breakfast

Cons:

There was really no front desk attendant
Upon request employees tried to answer our questions but they did not speak English.
I did communicate through the app but we needed guidance about activities and day trips and were hoping to get them from the front desk.
Coffee was available but not all the time

This might be the best place to stay in town. So chill and relaxing.
Pros:

Location is fantastic, walking distance to everything. We parked in the driveway which was super convenient. Room was comfortable and a had a nice shower and bathroom. Bed was also wonderful as well. The breakfast is included and was perfectly adequate with kind staff, including Pedro who was so sweet. We would highly recommend the hotel. Close to the theater with views of the lake and volcano. So pretty and good places to eat so close by. Cafe Videla and Conejo Blanco are both terrific spots.

Cons:

It was just amazing. We liked it all, even when they had our reservation wrong snd we had to move across the hall for the last night, which was not a problem, even a larger snd better room.
