Pros:

当日、支払して部屋をみて、我慢して泊まると思ったが、建物の入口辺り、東南アジア系の男性が数人客を探してるように見えたから🌏️直ぐ他の駅のホテルへ移動しました。
結局、仕事の会場から遠くて、割高で受付のギリギリ時間内に千葉駅のホテルチェックインができた💁
良い教訓になりました。

Cons:

建物🏢内の通路は私みたいの体型の人は注意しながら通れる。
ドア🚪の鍵は安易なタイプで、安全面心配します。
クーラーの効きがよくないよう。一見安いと思い、数時間後出ると思い込み、この環境で落ち着いて、資料をみる不可能と総合的判断して、他のホテルを探しました。
