Pros:

Bedauerlicherweise wurde uns das Zimmer vom Hotel storniert und wir wurden auf ein anderes Hotel umgebucht, das ging ohne Probleme und das andere Hotel war ein hervorragender Ersatz

Mooie ruime kamer en een prachtig mooi uitzicht naar de fjorden toe

Cons:

Ik zal eerst gaan camperen maar omdat het hard regende had ik gekozen voor een hotel. Dit had ik geboekt maar toen ik aankwam was mijn kamer nog niet klaar dus heb hierop moeten wachten, daarnaast is het parkeren van de auto gewoon op een algemene parkeerplaats verderop waardoor de auto niet dichtbij staat. Eenmaal op de kamer miste er een afstandsbediening voor de TV. Deze hadden zij ook niet meer op voorraad waardoor deze niet gebruikt kon worden. Hiervoor alleen een excuses gekregen. Ook waren er weinig stopcontacten in de kamer

Had high hopes for stay in Havil owned hotel. End of season no excuse for deficiencies.

Evening meal was perfect. Thai based chef wonderful

Cons:

ONE Innersprung mattress had a broken spring. SHOWER CURTAIN HUNG TOO LOW AND FOLDED INTO BATH. Difficult to shower. Shower and hand washing gel was terrible. Same as used in public toilets. Would not lather up. Unable to wash body
Breakfast options were limited. Some items old. Fried eggs solid and not fresh. Ditto scramblled eggs. Disappointing.

EXTRAORDINARIO HOTEL Y MEJOR PERSONAL
Pros:

Lo elegimos a ultima hora pues no teniamos claro hasta donde llegariamos ese dia.
Pero fue una fantastica eleccion, surgida del azar.
El personal extremadamente amable, se desvivieron en atendernos y ayudarnos en todo.
El hotel esta situado en el mismisimo Fiordo de Geiranger, salias al balcon de la habitacion
te sentabas en la amaca y disfrutabas de unas espectaculares vistas del Fiordo.
Ademas esta a 2 minutos del puerto donde puedes coger el Ferry turistico u otras embarcaciones de recreo.
El desayuno fantastico, variado y abundante, el mejor de todo el viaje a los Fiordos.
Fue el mejor hotel de las vacaciones, por lo bien situado, por su cercania a todo lo visitable, por su comodidad, pero sobre todo por su personal, fueron mas que amables, atentos y cariñosos.
Repetiria sin duda.
