Food at the restaurant is very expensive.
Pros:

Staff was very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom did not come close tothe advertised picture . Very disappointing.

Emplacement, route à côté

Cons:

Le faite qu'il n'y ai personne pour nous acceuillir ( hôtel fermé pour vacances alors que rien d'indiqué sur le site le jour de la réservation ).
La propreté ( poussière + trace d insecte mort contre le mur ) laisse à désirer.
Et nous avons eu une chambre pour 1 personne au lieu de 2 comme reservé.

Pros:

Le village est tranquille, mais il y a moyen de se restaurer à proximité. L'arrêt du train est situé directement à l'arrière du bâtiment, sans que cela dérange au niveau du bruit. Parking disponible. Les chambres sont correctes et propres, assez moderne, avec un agencement simple. Le petit déjeuner est basique, mais correct avec un bon café et des oeufs à la coque sur demande.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas trop souriant et, surtout, n'écoute pas. Lorsque j'ai voulu réserver une table pour le dîner sur la terasse, la serveuse ne m'a pas laissé finir ma question et elle a directement répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de place sur la terrasse. A 19h30 nous étions alors partis chercher un autre restaurant avec terrasse. Ne trouvant rien d'intéressant nous sommes retournés à l'hôtel, résignés à manger à l'intéreur. Or en arrivant juste avant 20h, la plus part des clients étaient partis ou sur le point de partir. A 20h30 nous étions les seuls clients sur la terrasse.
Au petit déjeuner, j'ai demandé un 2e oeuf, la dame dit oui, mais je n'obtiens qu'un seul quand-même.

Leider waren die Zimmernachbarn bis um 2.30 Uhr sehr laut. Aus diesem Grund konnte ich nur schlecht Schlafen. Natürlich kann der Hotelbetreiber nichts dafür.

Pros:

herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang, leckeres Nachtessen, zentrale Lage mit kurzem Fussweg zu den ÖV-Haltestellen Bahn/Bus, am Baldeggersee in der Nähe von Hochdorf

Cons:

Ar...kaltes Zimmer (Heizung ausgeschaltet?), Dusche und WC in Dachschräge (bedingt unangenehm durch Körpergrösse)

Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien. Tenia una bañera ,muy grande y estaba en un pueblecito muy cerca de un lago con una playa que se puede llegar caminando.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación y hacia mucho calor. No pude dormir muy bien debido a eso.

Good location, clean facilities, nice breakfast, small rooms
Pros:

A good start location in the direction of Lucerne. The hotel has a direct access to to to the train station. It takes 45 minutes to Lucerne.
The lake is 5 minutes by foot away, where you find also a swimming/ beach area.
The hotel facilities are clean. The included breakfast was really good and provided everything for a good start into the day.
The restaurant serves all kind of foods, including vegetarian options.

Cons:

The room we got was a bit small.
