Exceptional service, beautiful hotel, and an unforgettable breakfast. Pure luxury!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. When I had a problem with my car, they even helped me book a nearby repair shop — truly exceptional service! The hotel was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. And the breakfast? Easily the best I’ve had this year — and I’ve stayed in good hotels across six countries! Absolutely fantastic.

A welcome treat!
Pros:

Wonderful staff and comfortable facilities. The pool snd spa facilities are excellent. The food was good and the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of choices.
Good parking facilities.

Hotel hat meine Erwartungen erfühlt, Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Restaurant wo ich Abendessen gehabt habe passt nicht zusammen mit das Hotelangebot.
Das durchschnittliche Essen, das man in billigen Provinzgasthäusern findet – und ich spreche hier von der Qualität –, steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Wert dieser Hotels; und es ist sehr teuer.
Der Service im Restaurant entspricht dem Niveau billiger Provinzgasthäusern.

Kreveti, osoblje, higijena...

Cons:

doručak je ranije bio bolji.... nesto se dogodilo pa su bili malo u haosu, nestalo je tanjira i pribora, morali smo da tražimo od osoblja da nam daju... sve u svemu verovatno zbog gužve za vikend

Zgodno je prenoćiti jer je granica sa Grčkom veoma blizu.
Pros:

Sobe su čiste kreveti udobni,osoblje ljubazno,doručak je solidan.

Cons:

Za doručak se služi filter kafa mislim da hotel sa pet zvezdica treba imati aparat za dobru kafu
