Pros:

Veery friendly staff, always around to assist. Very good breakfast. The casino was fun, too. Probably my favourite hotel in Macedonia.

While smoking is very common in these parts, you'd expect a hotel to uphold their own rules.
Pros:

Big room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large too, with a separate shower and bath. Wait staff at the restaurant were very attentive and moved us without hassle when a nearby table lit up cigarettes.

Cons:

We were specifically told at reception that the restaurant was non-smoking, but a nearby table lit up during dinner. The same thing happened again at breakfast, where someone from the same group was smoking at a clearly marked non-smoking table. The smoke drifted into the breakfast room. Disgusting.

Great value of money and facilities!
Pros:

Very clean! I admit that I have never seen such a transparent glass in the bathrooms! Great breakfast with variety! Nice soundproof rooms even the live music of the casino downstairs!

Cons:

The only small negative was that even though we booked a dbl king size bed, basically it was two mattress’s conjoined with a small gap and during the night they had separated a little as a result being uncomfortable!
