had an exceptional stay here. the room was impeccable and the hotel is as good as the reviews say
shout out to the staff as well for the wonderful service and special compliments to Eri-san who helped me so much along the way. also special mention to Ryo-san and Rino-san for helping me out on the first day with my missing passport
the only minus might be that the hotel isn't on the main road so it isn't accessible at the door step by vehicles

Loved everything. Beautifully designed hotel. Thoughtful touches in the room. Lovely staff. Great restaurant recommendations and they went out of their way to book restaurants. Great location. Fab walk down the river and only 10-15 mins from great bars and restaurants and also not far from the station.
