Cons:

We had booked ocean facing room but they had the view covered by tent for a marriage ceremony which ruined our plans. They shouldn't keep bookings if they can't deliver suitable rooms due to marriage or other functions.

Cons:

We booked 3 different rooms and family room was exceptional and we didn’t get nice sea view rooms . Atleast one room out of 2 should be allowed in upper floor.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious and facilities were good . Staffs behaved politely. Private beach is usp of the property.

Cons:

Pros:

Room design and furnishing, hotel layout and interior, private beach and complimentary snacks, movie shows abd all services offered. Staff were extremely helpful. Front office staff Survi and Shruti were exceptional.

It could have been better.
Pros:

Staff behaviour was very good. They are helpful and kind.

Cons:

Proper hygiene wasn’t maintained, pool water hasn’t been cleaned. Poor cleanliness.
