Mooi en sfeervol hotel, manager weinig flexibel en niet klantvriendelijk.
Pros:

Ontbijt was redelijk. De locatie (ligging) van het hotel was niet bijzonder, het hotel zelf wel (voormalig klooster). De kamers waren ruim, schoon en de badkamer was prima.

Cons:

Ik had vooraf verzocht om een twin-room. Het hotel had aangegeven bij aankomst alles te zullen doen om aan dit verzoek te voldoen. Ondanks dat het hotel verder geheel onbezet was, met z'n drieën waren wij die nacht de enige gasten, wilde men geen twin-room beschikbaar stellen. De manager was niet te vermurwen. Booking.com moet bij de reservering waarbij er een kamer keuze mogelijkheid wordt geboden, ook de garantie geven dat de gevraagde kamer beschikbaar is.
