Pros:

Sinceramente, muito decepcionada, vivenciei algo muito sério e o hotel não fez nada até a presente data.

Cons:

Clonaram meu cartão e foi utilizado várias vezes e o hotel atribuiu a culpalidade ao booking, e até o presente momento nada foi feito, nesse momento estou igual ping pong .
Falta de respeito total com os hóspedes. Solicitei para conversar com o gerente e fui informada que moram no hotel, mas não trabalham aos domingos.
E sinceramente sem nenhuma consideração aos clientes.
Não recomendo nem de graça, e cuidado com golpes.

Pros:

Gentileza e cordialidade dos funcionários. Limpeza impecável. Ótimo café da manhã com itens variados, tudo delicioso preparado pelo chefe Lulu que é muito simpático.
O estacionamento é amplo e coberto, porém requer atenção redobrada pois as vagas estreitas por causa das muitas colunas.
