A estrutura esta acabada, piscinas descascando ou soltando os azulejos, no quarto porta do banheiro não trancava, o direcionado do ar tava quebrado e não mexia .
Quando cheguei o quarto ainda estava sendo limpo e me entregaram a chave com o piso todo molhado!
Nem sequer ao fazer o checkout perguntam como foi a estadia e quando tentei informar sobre os problemas não deram a mínima...
Comida do restaurante não estava boa, a alcatra estava com gosto de fígado..
Ja fui umas 6x nesse hotel e parece outro essa passagem, largado e com os funcionários parecendo que estavam ali obrigados!
Absolutamente ruim a experiência!

Todos os anos passo pelo menos um fim de semana aqui
Pros:

É a terceira ou quarta vez que vou ao hotel. Então isso já diz muito sobre minha avaliação. Dessa vez, além dos filhos, levamos a família toda, pais, avós, irmãos, priminhos. Foi muito legal! É perto da praia, tem piscinas aquecidas, restaurante dentro do local, espaço kids. É tudo que precisamos para passar momentos legais em família, construir memórias pessoais e desconectar um pouco do trabalho.

Achei tudo muito bom, o café da manhã muito gostoso. As piscinas também muito boas, tanto a externa como as cobertas, a água aquecida estava perfeita e as jacuzzis maravilhosas. Ótima localização, perto da praia, mercado e cafés.

Cons:

Só não gostei da iluminação do quarto, muito fraquinha, meio ruim pra se arrumar, como sugestão gostaria de uma luz um pouco mais clara. No mais estava tudo ótimo

Recebi total apoio e empatia na solução de feed back que estava aguardando por parte do Hotel em uma situaçao inesperada que nos ocorreu durante a estadia. Fiquei muito feliz , pois sou cliente há anos já levei meus filhos e agora neto que continuam adorando tudo no Hotel, se falar falar a palavra ''Férias'', "Descanso" na minha casa a primeira opçao que ja nos vem a mente é: HOTEL SANTA PAULA em Guaratuba, Excelente!!! Boa mais nada exepcional quando poderia ser melhorado.
