OFURO estava com as bordas internas um pouco sujas. O piso das área de piscina também apresentavam aspectos de sujo e/ou com pouca limpeza

Quarto com cheiro de mofo. Chave com senha incompleta, tivemos que ir na recepção para colocar a senha correta. Papel com as instruções e QR code apagados. Alguns funcionários com má vontade de atender.
