According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

O hotel precisa urgentemente ser renovado, moveis estão muito velhos. Limpeza: fiquei apavorada, me senti em um motel de quinta. Tinha cabelo na parede do banheiro, box do banheiro estava sujo, tanto mofo nos azulejos que dava nojo. O quarto estava com mau cheiro. Segunda vez que acontece isso, coincidentemente em andares baixos, quarto 153 nesta vez.

O Booking me informou que não estavam disponíveis.
Mesmo assim fizeram uma cobrança de R$387,00 no meu crédito.
Até agora não fizeram o estorno.

A recepção foi muito gentil e ágil, o café da manhã é muito bom, farto e variado, a cama e o chuveiro são bons.
O quarto, especialmente o banheiro, estavam um pouco sujos, principalmente os vidros do box, o que dava um aspecto negativo. A poltrona do quarto também está com o estofado bem sujo.

The room doesn't look like the pictures at all. There was no blanket to sleep on and just super bad thin bedsheets. The bed is not comfortable at all. In the picture, there was a blanket, but they couldn't provide it. No one from stuff help me with the luggage. The room looks like hostel.
