Slightly disappointing. But will give it another try, as this was the first of four stays I had issues.
Pros:

Clean, organized, safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

I usually have a better time when staying at Bristol. This time I felt the food was lacking, and even though front desk and restaurant staff were outstanding, there was some housekeeping issues that led me to have a bad night of sleep (the room was set up for one person, my son joined me for the second night and I had requested more towels, pillows and blankets. I requested them three times and after 23:00 I gave up waiting, it never came).

Precisam bloquear o pagamento da estadia se não tem vagas disponíveis.
Pros:

Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Internet ruim, usei a internet do celular. Fizeram um overbooking, cheguei e não tinha vaga, tive que esperar limparem um quarto. Isso que cheguei a 1 hora da manhã cansado, para sair às 12 horas. E fiz o pagamento antecipado.

Ótimo custo benefício e localização
Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo. Para quem tem que pegar vôo no Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos, excelente localização.
