Welcoming, nice people. Next day the breakfast was great. Place is very peaceful, clean and quiet.
The small refrigerator was too noisy.
The gardens and the house keeping lady
Everything else was not nice at all, dirty old beddings, uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Very nice relaxing place.
Was easy to find, security gave us the keys as we were relatively late. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. We even got filtered water and a coffee machine in the room, and also a fridge. As we just arrived from the airport late that evening, going to Antigua the next day, the location and everything was perfect.
Make sure to check the opening times of the cafe if you plan to go there. We were told in the booking that it will be closed during November which was fine for us, but just make sure.
Once you passed through the gate, you were transported from the bustle of the city into a mountain paradise. The grounds were lovely, the accommodations were comfortable, and our stay was restful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had a varied menu for all groups of people. The staff was kind, listened to my questions, and was pleasant to interact. I booked it entirely through Booking.com and had no concerns with the reservation.
It is an older facility but not lacking in comfort and cleanliness. It was a perfect stay.
We liked the waiter in the cafe and the beautiful grounds. Good food too.
It’s not close to anything that you can walk to. If you don’t have a car it’s difficult. The cafe closes at 4 (in the off season) so you have to plan ahead if you want dinner. The rooms themselves are spacious and private, but the bedding was well worn.

The place was very clean and well managed. Everything in place and lovely setting.
We were the only 2 people on the entire property. (I know this because I asked the staff) our Checkout was at 12:00 and they called our room at 11:59 asking us to please leave. I mean, they could've offered us late checkout for an additional fee and we would have gladly paid it, or just give us a 10-15 minute window after the exact time if there is absolutely NOBODY waiting for the room. They wanted to get it clean in a hurry for... no one.
