Realice mi reserva, tuve mi confirmación aprobada, hice una solicitud para realizar mi check in a la 1:00am pero no contestaban por mensaje ni al número que nos indican por la app, por lo que busque en redes hasta encontrar otro número, al llamar me dijeron que era imposible que tenga una reserva porque ellos bloquearon la aplicación de Booking, les expliqué la situación y que estábamos por llegar, pero siguió repitiendo lo mismo la persona de recepción, no hubo un trato cordial, una disculpa, o preocupación por intentar ayudarnos con la acomodación, porque esto es una falla directa del establecimiento, no de Booking como comentaron. Cómo consejo: Si no tenían disponibilidad, modifiquen en la app inmediatamente. O busquen alternativas con aliados cercanos para no quedar mal con sus huéspedes.

La cama rechinaba. Las almohadas están un poco rígidas. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso. Las paredes no están aisladas (el sonido de otras habitaciones se oye mucho).

Pros:

At this price, the room was fine. Very good breakfast. Easy walking distance to main street and Malecon 2000. I felt safe walking to the hotel in the early evening. The staff printed a map so I could meet the tour guide at the designated meeting point.

Cons:

The table in the room was too small to accommodate many items at the same time such as my laptop, maps, etc.
