Comfy bed, beautiful bar and garden, delicious breakfast, efficient service.
Way too expensive dinner for not much size wise, no air con in bedroom (ridiculously hot during heat wave to sleep in) and not very well presented bedroom. Needs new furniture!
Lillie, who checked us in, showed us round and then looked after us during our meal, was absolutely fantastic. I would give her 5 star alone, what a credit to the hotel.

No Air-Conditioning, had to sleep with a very noisy fan on all night. Bed very small double. My stay was cut short and explained but still charged me for two nights even though told them within half an hour of paying. Very noisy coming from upstairs, very basic room.
Very clean, beautiful decor, spacious rooms and stunning garden
Nothing to dislike , my only issue would be the room was available for the night but the dining room was full, so I couldn’t eat at the restaurant which is bizarre as how could the room be available but not enough space to dine. I had to order a deliveroo. They also don’t have room service to offer which is disappointing specially if you can’t eat in the dining room. Maybe they have set times for the kitchen opening times but it would be a good investment to have a open kitchen to cater to all guests needs ,other then that my experience was lovely, the room was very beautifully decorated, very large bed and modern bathroom, it was very clean and kept to a high standard. The staff was helpful and polite and it’s an ideal retreat for some quality time away from all the noise , this place holds a very peaceful atmosphere, which I deeply appreciated coming out of London .

Lack of parking and the room was so hot! We did have a fan and opened the windows (road noise on the front) but we still couldn't get the room below 28 degrees.

I was a late arrival so I had to find my room. They did make good arrangements to help me but I did two tours of the hotel at 10:45pm in order to locate my room, which was small yet fine for sleep.
Clean and comfortable. Lovely garden. Nice restaurant overlooking the garden.
