Great location, easy access to the underground train, good breakfast, bed was comfortable.
Nothing much to highlight
Absolutely beautiful hotel in the city centre. All the rooms have individual names. The bathroom was huge and very modern. The bed was super comfortable. Easy check-in.

Shower too slow to warm up, had baths instead. Pity hotel didn't have its own breakfast facilties, although Bill's was OK.
I was in the main suite which had three rooms and very comfortable. Lovely soft towels,robes and quality toiletries. Very central and on high street
Parking was a nightmare! Even the multi storey with lots of spaces took me 30 mins to get a space. Thats the only downside to staying at this hotel.
Location is great, beautiful old building and the room was great. All very clean. Bright & airy.
It could do with better signage to the rooms. It is a bit of a maze and not easy to find your way around. It took me sometime to find my room initially and again later having been out for the evening.
Booked for the location. Large rooms with bed and seating area.
Worn in places, especially wooden bath panel, looked rotted. Big bath, took a while to run as slow water fall and hot water ran out.

Incredible location! Spacious room and friendly staff.
That there is no elevator for luggage.
The central location on the cobble Street of Guildford town Centre is a perfect location for anywhere you want to go, the Bathroom was nice and the bath was deep.
The property is a little tired but well kept.
The room was a little tired, curtains could do with blackout blinds behind them not just for customer satisfaction but to help deaden the sound of the main High Street late at night and in the morning, not a massive problem as had anticipated this with its position.
TV not connected to WiFi so no apps working a little frustrating.
The BED … for the price and a room with bedroom and separate living room getting a small double bed is a no no and I should have perhaps read the details better…. would have expected a King or super King!
The mattress desperately needs changing, it rolls from the middle down to the edges which would suggest it has not been changed for awhile and is a shame! Apart from the location I don’t think I would be likely to stay again.
Central location and comfortable bed in a large room. This was a last minute booking and we were moved to a larger room because the only other available room was near the bar.
