Felt like we were living in an old book - loved it!
Pros:

Old, yet luxurious, great location, exactly what we were looking for. Never stayed anywhere so spacious before! Breakfast in the cafe next door excellent.

Cons:

Windows did little to shut out noise (single-glazing?), but as it's on a very calm and quiet street it didn't really matter all that much.

Hotel with history but very comfortable, great location
Pros:

Central location, old style hotel but room was clean, large comfortable and modern. It is a labyrinth with lots of corridors but added to the fun!

Nothing it was all good for what we needed

Pros:

Great location central to all amenities. Warm and comfortable beds. Very clean and quiet at night.

Cons:

Noisy pipe work in the afternoon which worried us but it disappeared by night time.

would be excellent if the breakfast started earlier
Pros:

Great stay, the only downside that breakfast only starts at 08.00 , not great for a hotel if your are working and have to be in early !!!

Fab staff, location, quirky building. Was a lovely overnight stay.
Pros:

We were upgraded as it was my partners birthday. Lovely big room, gorgeous bathroom, and very quiet!
Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extra special, organised a goody hamper, Prosecco and flowers in the room to help celebrate my partners birthday.

Cons:

Breakfast not included and had to use Bill's next door which was very busy!

Disappointing. This hotel could be great with a few upgrades.
Pros:

Location, excellent. Bed very comfortable. Nice quiet room at the back of the hotel. Happy there were no events at the nightclub.

Cons:

The hot water took forever to reach the shower and the shower sprayed over the bathroom floor. Steps to the first floor rather steep. The wifi was not available in our room. This hotel has lots of history but is in need of TLC.
