Tôi không được trải nghiệm dịch vụ ở đây do khách sạn hủy đặt phòng của tôi chỉ vài tiếng trước khi tôi tới. Nguyên nhân khách sạn đưa ra do khu vực đó bị cắt điện theo lịch và khách sạn không có biện pháp khắc phục. Tôi đã phải tự tìm và tự đổi khách sạn vào phút chót. Trải nghiệm rất tệ.

Pros:

Thuộc khu nhà liền kề nên xung quanh im lặng, phù hợp nghỉ ngơi sau 1 ngày đi chơi. Xung quanh có nhà hàng tiện ăn uống, tuy nhiên nếu muốn đi foodtour thì phải thuê xe đi vào trung tâm. Cô chú chủ trọ nhiệt tình thân thiện, cơ sở vật chất thì hơi cũ.

Pros:

The location was great. Central but on a quiet street. The neighborhood was great. Couple nice restaurant around the hotel.

Cons:

The owner was a bit cold in comparison of other Vietnamese. But overall it was a nice place, and the owner did help me with laundry.

Pros:

I cannot stress enough how kind the staff were here. The location is perfect right in the Old Quarter and the price is absolutely great.

Cons:

If only a little more attention can be made towards the cleanliness of the cups !

The position is convenient: just 5 minutes to reach the walking street and the area is really quiet.
The room is beautiful, the mattress is super soft but there is some dust on the table.

Pros:

The landlord family was super friendly and supported me a lot on 1st day, they took me to the train station for bike renting by their private car. They even offered me to use their small electrical scooter for travelling, but I’m too big for it haha

Cons:

I wish that the air-con and water heater would work more properly in my next visit
