Pros:

清潔で、丁寧な対応、そしてファミリーで予約したせいかランクアップもしててくれて広々大満足なお部屋でした。ありがとうございます。
また、ロビーで旦那を長く待ってた際にウェルカムドリンクやクッキーを心遣いでいただき嬉しかったです。

Cons:

良くない点はなかったのですが、大浴場があったらさらに嬉しいなと思いました。

Excellent. Will return for sure.
Pros:

The hotel is freshly renovated and everything is top notch on the inside. Sparkling clean with the latest equipment. Spacious parking.

お得におしゃれなホテルに泊まれて満足です。
Pros:

お部屋がおしゃれで広くて、ベッドも広くて良かったです。角部屋の丸い空間は雰囲気があって良かったです。テレビのモニターがすっごく大きくて嬉しかったです！
朝食は基本的な部分では満足です。あと地元ならではのもの（ミニひつまぶしとかしらすとか）が少しあったらさらに嬉しかったです。
フロントスタッフの方のご対応が親切ですごく良かったです。
１階のギャラリーをたまたま見つけて拝見しました。絵画が好きなのでこちらも良かったですが、もっとたくさんの方に見ていただけるような工夫があるといいのでは？と思いました。

Cons:

お土産やちょっとしたお菓子や軽食なども購入できる売店があればよかったです。（毎回コンビニまで行きました）

シャワーカーテンが無くびちゃびちゃになる。
Pros:

チェックインの際、部屋の清掃が終わっていなかった為少しロビーで待ちましたが、スタッフの方にとても親切に対応して頂いたので、待ち時間は気にならずその後お部屋に入る事が出来ました。

Cons:

バス・トイレの間にシャワーカーテンが無く、洗面台横だけにガラスのような仕切りがあるだけなので、バスマットもびちゃびちゃで、何とかならないのかなぁと思いました。

Pros:

ホテルは高級感があり、静かで雰囲気は最高でした。朝食のビュッフェも種類も多く美味しかった。

Cons:

本サイトから予約して完了のメールも頂いていたので、何の疑いもなく当日チェックインしたらホテル側には予約が入っていませんでした。幸い部屋を準備頂けたので泊まることは出来ました。どうしてなんですかね。悲しかったです。

部屋が清潔感があった

冷蔵庫の冷凍機能もほしいです。
空調からの漏水が床に落ちててそこは気になりました。
