Nothing at Hotel.
Ruthless staff. The poorest of staff who refused to accept booking terms. Breakfast was included but they insisted, even try forcing charging for breakfast. Even I had to contact booking .Com customercare. Even after their agreeing to resolution and speaking to OYO, , the hotel property went on pressurising for breakfast payment till end of tour thus spoiling my tour and keeping me tense. At last they still charged part payment on breakfast which I was forced to pay otherwise in dispute I may have missed my train. The concerned officer of OYO Mr Prashant went on to say that booking.com is a fake website. They agree terms on their own and misguide the traveller, whereas the hotel property terms are different.
Sorry to say, My tour remained tense because of bad attitude of hotel staff.
