Great location in the middle of Heinsberg, with a super comfy bed.
Pros:

I was surprised by the room. We got in comparison what we saw on thr Website a "pretty" room. I love the bed, it was comfortable, also the big armchair was comfy. I was very surprised by the room amenities, from extra toothbrushes to extra bedding, multiple coffeee choices, all was thought about. The best thing we never saw any staff, check in was done via a locker machine, since we arrived quite late, this was a great option for us.

Cons:

Unfortunately the minibar fridge did not work, but that was not too much of a bother and I thought the bigger and smaller hallway smelled strangely. Other than that we had a great stay.

Both times we went the heat was turned off and it was very cold

Pros:

Super Lage mitten in der City. Es gibt keine Rezeption alles via Schlüsselautomat (kein Problem). Für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht ratsam da es nichts gibt außer die Unterkunft. Keine Bar. Kein Restaurant. Ist aber alles extrem gut fußläufig erreichbar in der City. Unterhalb der Unterkunft gibt es ein gutes Steakhaus in dem wir gegessen hatten.

Very central location, extremely clean, and stylishly renovated with fresh, modern facilities. Excellent furniture and a super comfortable bed. Check-in is automated and very quick.

locatie. En het feit dat alles splinternieuw was

Cons:

De lengte van het dekbed was te kort. Ik heb een normale lengte maar mijn voeten staken eronder uit.
Gelukkig sliep ik in mijn eentje op de kamer en kon het 2-persoons dekbed een kwart slag draaien.
Maar voor 2 personen zou het ongeschikt zijn.
Verder wist ik niet dat het hotel onbemand was.

Self-Service Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage - alles was man benötigt, sauber und gepflegt.
Pros:

die Lage ist sehr gut - direkt im Stadtkern von Heinsberg. Essengehen kann man in diversen Restaurants; alles ist in Heinsberg in maximal 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Großparkplatz von Heinsberg hat Schnelladesäulen für Elektrofahrzeuge und ist nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt.
Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig, die Betten bequem. Der Fernseher war smart (Nutzung von Netflix und Co möglich - Abmelden nicht vergessen! :D). Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Cons:

Leider erneute Zahlung bei Schlüsselabholung angefallen - wurde im Nachgang jedoch sofort bemerkt und erstattet.
Lüfter im Bad und Safe im Zimmer defekt, sonst alles top.
