Pros:

We chose 33 Lake Terrace to celebrate our anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is peaceful, calm, and offers a wonderful sense of privacy that is hard to find.

The highlight of our stay was the food—absolutely amazing! The staff arranged a private candlelit dinner for us on the river deck, which was an incredible and deeply romantic experience.

A huge thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and for making our special day so memorable. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, high-quality escape!

החדר היה נוח מרווח ומאובזר, הבריכה נהדרת, ארוחת הבוקר מספקת, ינאקה, האחראי, מאוד שירותי ומקסים (עשינו צ'קאאוט מוקדם והוא דאג לנו למזון ארוז לדרך), הנוף על שפת האגם הוא מהיפים שראיתי ממלון כלשהו, כל המלון עם מוזיקת רקע שלווה ושקטה- מרגיע מאוד! מלון שווה, מאוד ניהננו.

הכספת לא מחוברת לקיר, המיקום מצד אחד הוא על שפת האגם- וזה שווה את הריחוק ממרכז העיר (טוק טוק עולה 500 רופי לכיוון, ינאקה ידאג לכם), מצד שני, זה רחוק מהכביש ולא מומלץ ללכת ברגל.

It exceeded my expectations
Pros:

33 Lake Terrace is a calm and peaceful place. I enjoyed a boat ride on the river, where you can see many different birds and watch local fishermen at work. The beach is only a 10‑minute walk away, so it’s easy to enjoy both the river and the sea. Altogether, it’s a lovely spot for nature and relaxation.

Pros:

It is a great property. Very calm and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Though its not on the beach, its not too far off either and the staff can arrange a tuk tuk.

Прекрасный вид из всех номеров, уютно, чисто, умиротворенно. Утром подают завтрак- панкейки с медом, омлет с сосиской, фрукты, свежевыжатый сок, тосты, кофе/чай

Cons:

Заказывали пиццу- делали очень долго и пересушили. Хотелось , конечно, что-то повкуснее за 16 долларов)))) не очень вкусный кофе.ну это наверное единственные минусы за все 2 дня отдыха.

Besonders gefallen haben uns die Einrichtung, die Lage mit dem traumhaften Ausblick auf die Lagune sowie der schöne Pool.
Uns wurden auch alle Talk Talk Fahrten problemlos organisiert, auch ein Ausflug mit Fahrer nach Galle wurde uns vermittelt. Das war top.

Cons:

Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, die wir auf so lange hatten, war das Hotel schon relativ teuer. Aber Lage und Ausstattung auch besonders schön.

Sehr zu empfehlen: Zimmer sehr charmant und das Haut mit der wunderbaren Terrasse hat uns vom ersten Tag an überzeugt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Start in Sri Lanka gehabt. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich gut und der Manager organisiert alles, was man möchte. Der Platz ist etwas besonderes. Wir denken mega gerne daran zurück.

Pros:

Quiet hotel with breathtaking views of the lake and garden away from the road and railway. We were the only guests there, so we had a luxury of the pool big enough not only to chill but to swim to ourselves. Personnel was very friendly and eager to help. We even spent several days without leaving the hotel at all.

Cons:

The hotel has no way to improve it, but there were mosquitoes in the afternoons. And the closest beach - Hikkaduwa and Turtle beach was crowdy, noisy and not quite clean especially compared to the hotel.

The property is in a beautiful peaceful spot overlooking the estuary, no road sounds and just nature. The staff were beautiful and kind and attentive, wanting to make sure we were happy. As we were the only guests at this time (it is low season) we had the place to ourselves. The pool is an asset and lovely for an early morning swim.
Food is western style generally and nicely presented.

Cons:

Communication could be better and for the price, it is expected that the room is serviced each day. During our three nights it was serviced once. The rooftop is nice but needs maintenance and on a windy night the roof is noisy and the roofing sheets were flapping.
