Très bon emplacement proche de la gare
晚上幫忙入住櫃檯很熱心，早上可以有免費飲料吧享用，到車站距離也不遠很方便
我入住兩晚，第二天早上沒有綠茶包可以房間泡茶，詢問櫃檯他們到處找綠茶包沒有，然後跟我說只提供第一天而已，覺得沒一包綠茶很奇怪

Muy cerca de la estación central a pie y de una de las paradas de tranvía. La zona céntrica de la ciudad quedaba a escasos 25/30 minutos a pie. El personal fue muy amable. Calidad-precio inmejorable.

It was close to the main station.
Price of this hotel isn't according to anything that was provided. We stayed in much better hotels for lower price per night during our trip in Japan.
Firstly when we arrived we noticed whole hotel was extremly dirty. Pillows on the chairs in bar were dirty, carpet in the hall on our floor was disgusting and our sheets and bed cover were covered in stains and hair. We confroted staff about it, and at first gentleman told me they can't provide us with new room because they're fully booked. When I asked to change our sheets and bed covers, he said that every morning cleaning company comes and cleans everything and that there shouldn't be any health concernes. Disgusting. After some back and forth, we managed to get new and clean bed covers. They didn't had any stains, but had hair again.
Room is pretty small, but that wasn't really the issue for us because that's standard in Japan, but it was also really dusty. I guess they wipe the dust only from really visible areas, but not thoroughly. TV is really small also.
We included breakfast in our booking and it wasn't up to standard neither. Every morning breakfast was the same: 2 slices of toast with jam (but you can only choose and get one type of jam), small amount of salad, egg and soup.
Also, they don't have big indoor dining area and they have closed terrace with much more tables, but it was really cold there in the morning, some people were literally eating in jackets.
Generally, whole hotel looks like it stuck in the previous century and definetly isn't living up to 3 stars standard. They should invest and modernize hotel, or at least lower the prices and show customers real state of rooms on booking apps.

A localização a poucos minutos a pé da estação. Do atendimento de todos os funcionários. Da limpeza e conforto do quarto e banheiro. E do silêncio.

こじんまりとしたお値段以上のデザイナーズホテル‼️旅館時代の紹介も👍 私も武士の家柄の生まれなので、来るべきところ泊まるべきところに来た感がありました。
こだわりのある朝食はやや高めだがお洒落。
広島市シェアサイクルの駐輪場が横にあり、コンビニが隣りなのは嬉しすぎる。
駅まで、思ったより遠かった。
