Great for location, can improve way better.

We liked the location as it was right in ameerpet, close enough to get to spots.

Cons:

Check-in - we landed in late, thanks to Indigo - and at 2 AM in the morning, you expect the hotel staff to make your check-in as seamless and smooth as possible. We were asked to fill forms, we were asked to show IDs of all 6 of us, we were then allotted 2 rooms away from each other. All this was entirely avoidable. Not the systems fault. Sometimes, we need to go beyond the rules, especially in the hospitality business.

Hot water - in 2025, the basic thing you expect is hotels to have running hot water all time, 24x7. Nope, we had to manage with cold water and the next day had to call the service technician (who promptly arrived, so credit to him) and fixed it up. the best stay is the one where you dont make grievance calls. And not that you are staying in a shady lodge, this is a well-reviewed hotel, so one expects much better service.

Excellent tasty breakfast (10 out of 10! ) with a wide variety of dishes, including North and South Indian as well as continental breakfast.

Cons:

Beds were too soft and uncomfortable. Too high pillows can give you neck pain! Outdated furniture and bedding in the room. Front desk needs an upgrade! Front desk staff should be more courteous and welcoming, instead of a grumpy behaviour. Felt like checking into a lodge, instead of a 3* hotel. Check-in procedure can take some time with system shutdown, software upgrades, etc. Early check-in and late check-out and concerned charges are dependent on the front desk staff, instead of set hotel policies! Add more towels and dental kits in the room, especially when there are more than 1 guests in a room. Window doors should be locked,
