Pros:

I had given 201 room just infront of party hall. There were lot of sounds and choose all night. I did not had sleep. I asked them to move the room. They did not ready to do.

that day we are fully disappointed dut to we are booking large bed but at the arrived he is giving another single beds room . it is not comfortable for staying due to iam travelling of 16 hours from Madurai to Hyderabad that time iam not satisficed.value of money not worth . iam first time visited 2023 that time iam expectation very high .. now we are very very disappointed. Sitara Hotels this type of service we can't see .....
