Staff were polite and room was clean.

Cons:

Was not worthy the price at all. No towels and soaps were given initially and no water bottle provided. No geyser in the bathroom. Cupboards were not locking.

The rooms were full of cockroaches and there was Noone to come for daily cleaning..no changing of bed sheet or providing the bath towel.the cupboard was stuffed with unnecessary stuffs

Cons:

Even though i booked the room, upon arriving they told me they have no room. when i insisted because it was already 11pm, they provided me room with no ac and still charged me the same amount. Even so they made me wait wait for 30 mins to get the room ready.
My question is why the hell would you take bookings if you don't have any rooms available
