Excellent stay, will definitely come back again! Its a lovely property with comfortable surroundings. It was a nice stay and the host is very friendly and professional. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay in Hyderabad.

Though the room was spacious and floor is clean. However it is not worth for the rate that was charged.

Cons:

Bed sheet is not good and have lot stains. No hot water provision, no drinking water provision, no window for the room, exhaust was a bit challenge. No table provided except the tea stand.. Not worth for the cost that was charged.

Cons:

Everything. There’s no parking. The hotel management didn’t provide the basic amenities. There were mosquitoes, washroom is unclean. Bathtowels were not provided adequately. Lift didn’t work as intended. Overall it’s an unpleasant experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

no breakfast is not included but location is good

Cons:

staff not gentle behavior i have reached 2 hour before check in time for that he charged extra 200 rs from me. while booking in booking.com it was showing the price including tax 1370/= but he showed in his OYO app 1699/- dont know how can price is variable. next thing is that though i am alone i have booked for 2 guest cause some times my male friends come to me for pick up or meet or to have drinks and snacks. after paying for 2 guest and being alone no body can come to my room. but i hvae seen in other room outsiders are coming and drinking. then i understood that if we pay some money to the care taker then he will allow.
