Le cadre est magnifique, l'hôtel a un charme de fou !
Si vous voyagez avec votre animal c’est juste parfait, on peut le sortir dans le parc de l'hôtel.
Supplément de 20gbp par nuit, mais l'hôtel vous prête un panier et 2 gamelles.
David vous accueil en kilt tel un vrai écossais avec l'accent qui va bien 😃
Il a été adorable, nous a aidé pour les bagages et nous a donné des conseils très précieux pour notre journée à Edinburgh !
Un rapport qualité / prix vraiment bien, en plus parking gratuit et suffisamment grand.
La chambre étaient très bien et très propre.
L'accueil par la réceptionniste en revanche a été un peu plus froid, surtout que nous sommes français et il est difficile de tout comprendre parfois, on aurait aimé un peu plus d'empathie au niveau du langage (attention seulement le jour de notre arrivée).
Une TV plus moderne avec streamview serait un vrai plus !
Die Lage: ländlich, aber dennoch zentral angebunden z.B. Tram. Der Spa/Wellnessbereich war super schön, ebenso wie unser Zimmer, tolle Größe und Einrichtung!

The food in the restaurant seemed a little expensive so we chose to eat out at a local Italian which was lovely
The room was very clean and cosy, in general very comfortable. The gym and spa were accessible without paying extra which is always nice. The location is nice if you don’t plan on staying in Edinburgh.
The property was spotless
That you had to go outside in your robe around the building to the spa.
Staff are always excellent, food is good and the public areas are quiet. No overly noisy groups.
The setting is fabulous, this a quiet hotel, no road noise. The attached leisure centre / spa is to an excellent standard and level of fit out with machines and free weights
"Clyde" Cheers up any room. All your bits an bobs needs are met; clothes brush, hair dryer, fridge, safe, ironing board and iron, bottled water , a bottle of milk and great welcome tray. Plus the usual selection of wee packets and toiletries

There is always this pesky box that pushes you to find faults, to be honest we had absolutely no grumbles,
If I was going to be pickier than an a picky thing on a picky day, a little more hanging pace would be good but keep in mind we were traveling for a formal function and as such had dresses and suits etc If I could get on my pet hobby horse via my personal soap box I know the monster cushions look good on the bed but they need to go somewhere. Norton House is by no means outrageous compared to some hotels who have confused their offer with that of a soft furnishings outlet.
Room, food, facilities and staff were all superb. We were given a room up-grade due to being 25th anniversary, having been married there and it was husbands birthday. The spa was a great space to use on arrival.
