It’s a fancy place, nice room, but it isn’t worth the price.
Pros:

The infrastructure and cleaning

Cons:

The double bed was kinda hard to sleep on, the staff didn’t help me with my luggage when i arrived even tho i was struggling.

Lovely room, facilities and staff. The staff were very kind/ accommodating with my kids (7&9)

the breakfast was amazing, huge choice, lovely staff, good with ensuring my son's allergies were taken care of.

Cons:

Extremely minor point!! there was some 'free' mini bars of chocolate in the room. It was quite bland and tasteless. Very minor complaint though, especially given it was complimentary!!

Brilliant, relaxing and calming stay in a gorgeous hotel with brilliant spa.
Pros:

Fantastic, charming hotel! Nice and quiet with easy links to Edinburgh city centre. Staff were all excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were also brilliant, large spacious 1m-ish pool and a big jet pool too. Will definitely return.

Overall a fantastic stay, recommend and would return again!
Pros:

I loved the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the place and the incredible facilities offered with an overnight stay.

Cons:

The tap was broken in our room and a dinner service charge of 12.5% is automatically added to the meals in the restaurant which is rather high.
