Pros:

Las vistas desde la habitacion. La tranquilidad del hotel. Tenias libertad para salir y entrar cuando quisieras.
Es una pasada la ubicacion, es verdad que te tienes que mover mucho en coche, pero si quieres relax merece la pena.

Cons:

Que no tenia nevera y ningun ventilador. Pasamos calor.

Kouzelný Alpský hotel v překrásném prostředí na břehu jezera. V případě že zrovna kuchyně nevaří, je možnost se najíst v okolí, parkování za domem.

Cons:

Chybí klimatizace, náš pokoj asi jako jediný měl okno zároveň s trávníkem (pod úrovní terénu) a větrání bylo skoro nemožné (možnost že vám tam v noci vleze kočka a pod.) Velké vedro celou noc. Jiné pokoje s tím určitě problém nemají.

Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sogar teilweise überdacht. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See.

Relaxed, wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben
Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht, tolles Zimmer mit grossem Balkon, gutes Restaurant für Mittag- oder Nachtessen, freundliches Personal, Parkplatz vorhanden, Anreise mit Motorrad.

Cons:

Schade, dass die Küche für das Abendessen bereits um 20:15 Uhr schliesst. Unbedingt vorher ankommen.

Otelin temizliği ve konforu iyiydi. Çalışanları iyi ve ilgiliydi. Göl ve dağ manzaralı sessiz ve huzurlu bir tatil isteyenler için doğru seçim olabilir. Kahvaltısı da iyiydi, doyurucu kahvaltı tabağı hazırlayabiliyorsunuz.

Très bel hôtel, très bon emplacement, et un super petit -déjeuner

Cons:

Une vingtaine d’allemands d’un certain âge, des bikers, qui ont fait beaucoup de bruit sur la terrasse et dans les couloirs quand ils rentraient le soir vers minuit, 1h du matin et de même le matin des 6 h . Les heures de sommeil ont été bien écourtées…Mettre des écriteaux en précisant de ne pas faire de bruit après 23h , de respecter les voisins.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the views are absolutely stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

The front desk staff could benefit from customer service training. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. The location shown on Booking.com directed us to the same street but much farther up a steep hill, making it very difficult to reach the hotel. After asking local people for directions, we finally found the correct location.

When I explained the issue to the receptionist, she was quite rude and insisted that the location was correct. I even opened the Booking.com app in front of her, which showed the hotel as being a 10-minute walk away—even though I was standing inside the hotel. I politely suggested that this should be corrected to prevent future guests from experiencing the same confusion. Instead of acknowledging the issue or showing empathy, she repeatedly denied there was any problem, claimed it was only my device, and insisted that no other guests had ever experienced this. There was no apology or attempt to make us feel welcome, which left a poor first impression.
