Pros:

Many options for breakfast, the size of the room is very nice and the location is beautiful!

Cons:

We got a very dark basement room with practically no views from the window.

No Air-condition , breakfast is basic ,
However the village has fantastic atmosphere and accessible by car in 10 min to Interlaken

Eine sehr gute Alternative zu den überteuerten Hotels in Interlaken.
Pros:

Das Hotel Châlet Du Lac ist sehr schön gelegen. Mein Zimmer war grosszügig bemessen, das Bad sauber. An der Rezeption wurde ich erwartet. Das Check-in war speditiv, sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wie viele Hotels in der Region versprüht es des Charme aus den 80-er Jahren. Teppichboden im Zimmer muss für mich nicht sein. Preis / Leistung; na ja; etwas teuer, wahrscheinlich der Lage und den asiatischen Touristen geschuldet.

Gorgeous location and friendly service
Pros:

The location was stunning and the staff were really friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was generally comfortable.

Cons:

The mattress was very firm and either the walls were very thin or other guests were shouting and don’t know how to close doors properly as there were constant slams.

Hotel bonito pero no elegir la habitación sin vistas

Ubicación preciosa y desayuno muy completo. Parking para clientes.

Elegimos la habitación sin vistas, porque no quedaba otra, pensando que no tendría vistas al lago pero nuestra sorpresa fue que era un semisótano, con una rampa de hierba delante de la ventana, casi sin luz, y con ninguna reforma desde hace muchos años. Vimos otras habitaciones y ninguna tenía el baño tan viejo y pequeño como el de la habitación número 6. El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado, dando al lago, en un entorno maravilloso. La habitación es de lo peor en lo que he estado a un precio muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

Peaceful and top class Swiss stay
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located in a peaceful part of Iseltwald and a short walk from the ferry & bus and village area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great service in all areas.

Prachtig uitzicht!

Mooie lokatie, maar door het schuine dak in de kamer en het kleine deurtje naar het balkon is15ltl
het niet echt geschikt voor lange mensen.Verder was alles prima in orde.
