Sem isolamento acústico
Cons:

Barulho estrutural: dava para ouvir o hóspede do andar de cima pisando, arrastando cadeira, barulho de toc toc, etc. Ou seja, o local não possui qualquer isolamento acústico. Muito caro para o que entrega. Eu pedi para trocar o quarto para o andar de cima, mas disseram que não tinha disponibilidade.
