A really excellent place to stay, the room was comfortable and it has a lovely open sitting area with food and bar that is super relaxed. Manu the owner is so helpful, we got picked up from our bus drop off and also dropped off at 5:30 am. They also run a short desert tour with a camel ride freshly cooked food and time to watch the sun go down and the stars come out. Arjun was an excellent driver and Santos whipped up a great meal and looked after us only getting back late. Can't recommend this enough.

Had a lovely one night desert safari with Hotel Pol Haveli. The guides couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. It was very relaxing and the view of the stars was amazing.

The hotel is clean and located right in the heart of the city, which makes everything easily accessible. But the real highlight is the owner, Mannu bhai. He is extremely helpful and genuinely makes every guest feel at home. His warmth and hospitality truly set this place apart. Highly recommende

Pol Haveli is the best place for families and couples or just groups of friends. We spent a day here. The owner of the hotel, Mannu Bhai, is a wonderful person. He is ready to organize or suggest all possible helpful tips about how to move in Jsisalmer/ and a tour to the Sam Dunes.
The place is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to other friends.
The food was great; we had dinner in the restaurant and lunch on the hotel rooftop. It was just fantastic.

We loved relaxing on the rooftop as well as chilling in the open air restaurant. On our last night there, live music was provided and it was the best group we had seen in our two weeks of travel! The owners are so kind and generous, doing everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 😊

I was very impressed with the room, the bed was very comfortable and the duvet was excellent.

Amazing rooftop with spectacular view of the city. The staff was very attentive, made a lovely bonfire for New Year’s and ensured we had everything we needed. Also, water allowed for very hot shower which was great given it was quite chilly. Easy organization of pick-up/airport service!

Amazing property. It felt like we went back in time to a Disney movie! The restaurant on the roof is amazing with great food and views, the manager and staff here also went above and beyond to make the trip special and nothing was ever too much

Die Hosts von Pol Haveli sind ganz fantastisch. Sie haben uns mit allem geholfen. Postkarten einwerfen/warme Kleidung für die Safari finden/ bestellen von Rikshas und Taxis/ Flughafen-Abholung/ Wäscheservice/ Wüstensafari.

Die Zimmer und die Unterkunft sind wunderschön mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bettdecken die gemütlichsten und saubersten auf unserer Indienreise. Wir haben sogar ein upgrade für ein größeres Zimmer bekommen und konnten spontan länger bleiben.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr lecker und günstig. Der Chai und das Alooh Paratha waren besonders lecker, und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt.

Die Safaritour von Pol haveli war eines der Highlights auf unserer Indienreise. Die ganze crew und vor allem auch die Kamele waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das essen in den Dünen am Lagerfeuer war sehr lecker und wir hatten eine besondere Zeit. Der Müll wurde auch wieder mitgenommen und entsorgt, um die Wüste sauber zu halten.

Fahrt unbedingt nach Jaisalmeer und besucht Manu im Pol Haveli und seine nette Familie.
