Pros:

Overall experience was unsatisfactory. Considering the price of ₹7,000 per room per night, the cleanliness was far below expectations. The bedsheets and quilts were old and dirty. The bathroom was not clean, and the water pressure was very poor. Overall, I would rate the experience 1/5 in comparison to what we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Mahal Hotel, which we booked through booking.com. They were kind enough to arrange a Toto pickup for us even at 5 AM, which we truly appreciated. The host was very humble and welcoming, making us feel at home. The interiors were beautiful, and the terrace view was breathtaking. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant food. Overall, a lovely and memorable experience—grateful for their hospitality! 😊

Wow, great palace
Pros:

We stayed here in Sep 2025, the property was absolutely beautiful with lovely rooms and comfy beds. The view of the fort from the rooftop was beautiful, and within walking distance. Also it is located within walking distance of the bus stop at Hanuman sarkil. The staff were so friendly and helpful including Mr Moyab Ali- we would like to thank them all for such a good stay in Jaisalmer.

Notably, even without the air conditioning running, the rooms remained exceptionally cool—a welcome respite from the desert heat.
A standout feature is the extended box window sill, which provides a cozy nook to enjoy a morning coffee or share intimate moments with a partner while overlooking the cityscape. The cleanliness standards are impeccable; both the rooms and bathrooms are spotless, adorned with upscale tiles and equipped with high-quality Jaguar fixtures, contributing to an overall upscale ambiance.

We recently stayed in Hotel Marina Mahal . It was an amazing experience with this boutique hotel and a bunch of happiness..
Their hospitality was awesome and truly appreciated.They can do all your travel arrangements including desert camp stay, city tour, cab arrangement on reasonable price.
I would highly recommend this hotel truly because of its amazing hospitality.

Cons:

The location is close to the fort and some important attractions in Jaisalmer. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this stay.
