Good location and excellent staff
From the moment I arrived I was greeted with such a warm and genuine welcome that immediately set the tone for my stay.
The bedrooms are so lovely, spacious, blending comfort with traditional Indian charm in every detail.
The staff is outstanding—kind, attentive, and the service is always offered with a smile, making me feel truly cared for.
One of the highlights is the rooftop restaurant whith a breathtaking view of the fort. Dining here, with authentic and flavorful Rajasthani cuisine - try the Palak Paneer and the Halwa! - was an unforgettable experience. Every meal felt like a celebration of this region’s rich culinary heritage.
Above all, the atmosphere of the hotel feels like home—peaceful, warm, and full of heart. It’s a perfect place to experience Rajasthan’s beauty and hospitality at its warmest.
Ho dato 10 perché la stanza era favolosa, a 8,5 euro a notte per stanza siamo stati benissimo, pulizia eccellente, bagni grandi comodi e puliti. Dopo 10 giorni di alberghi in India è stato fantastico
Il ristorante aveva tempi lunghissimi qualità non eccelsa ma prezzi molto più alti rispetto all' esterno.
La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la contrattazione sul tour nel deserto.... È vero che siamo in bassa stagione e che hanno pochi clienti comunque pensavo che avremmo avuto un trattamento di favore, invece ci hanno proposto il pacchetto a una cifra altissima rispetto al prezzo reale dell' esperienza.

Location and atmosphere is very charming. It's very easy access to the main market and other attractions within the fort.
Prix très raisonnables pour ces chambres bien équipées et très propres. Nous sommes venus en août. Assez proche de la vieille ville où l'on trouve les rickshaws pour monter à la citadelle. On peut même tout faire à pied.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Surya, grâce à la très grande disponibilité et a la gentillesse de son personnel et en particulier de son propriétaire. L'hôtel est très bien situé et propose un service de qualité. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel en fait l’atout principal. Il est situé au cour de la cité dans un endroit calme.
La terrasse sur le toit est très agréable en ces fortes chaleurs.
Le petit déjeuner (indien à notre demande) est excellent.
Le personnel est attentif à vos demandes.
Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservée initialement ; en deçà en terme de confort.

The approach road was not good The hotel is located in a narrow street ,where a car /taxy can not reach .

It has a great location inside the fort with great views. It’s an ancient haveli - better than being in town. You have to hire a tuk-tuk to get there. There are good restaurants nearby. The staff did best to accommodate us and allowed us to change our room plans. It was clean.
The staff were a little laid back (but maybe that’s a good thing).
