Absolutely gorgeous and comfortable stay, would 100% stay here again.
Pros:

Staying here was like a Haus in Austria! The atmosphere was gorgeous and every need of ours was met. Absolutely great stay. Comfortable beds, lounge, lovely food, and so warm and comfortable.

Very European style experience, Nina was very friendly and informative. Great place to stay in Jindabyne.

Cozy chalet, stylishly renovated and decorated; very helpful host; nice breakfast; flexible check in/out process.

Cons:

Nothing really, maybe a little more storage in the bathroom? Not a deal breaker.

Overall a great experience.
Pros:

The chalet and room were cozy, bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was great, Nina was an amazing host.

Cons:

Room and bathroom space were smaller than usual. Would be good to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang to towels and a small stool to sit on in the room. Parking lot was small so we had to park on the street. None of these impacted our experience though, just small improvements that might be good.

Pros:

I was nervous about staying in accommodation with shared areas but Chalet Alpina was amazing. Nina was personable and went above and beyond for guests. Everything felt high end and it was warm and comfortable. The drying room for ski gear was great! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Had a nice time here. Good place to relax at the end of the day.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and filling - also served very quickly. Property was exceptionally clean, very cosy and warm. Nina is a great host.

Great Host and warm comfortable accomodation.
Pros:

The lodge has had significant money spent on it a few years ago and it shows in the experience. The common areas are well setup and the fireplaces are inviting. Breakfasts are excellent and the staff very responsive. The manager made us feel welcome. Importantly, we always felt comfortably warm. The beds and rooms are what you would expect from a good lodge with somewhere to hang your clothes and put your bags, and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Would recommend.
