Passable
Pros:

Staff and room condition

Cons:

They provided the room after 2 hours of delay as they have rented out the booked room to some unmarried couples. They even charged us 500/- extra apart from our original booking amount of 800/-, so they have a hidden charges apart from the booked amount.
